FSEC, Inc., Pasadena, California, is being awarded a $21,816,512
cost-plus-award-fee indefinite quantity delivery order contract for the
relocation/reinstallation of the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division,
Warminster, Pennsylvania, to the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division,
Patuxent River, Maryland. Work will be performed in Warminster, Pennsylvania
(60%), and Patuxent River, Maryland (40%), and is expected to be completed by
March 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This contract was competitively procured by a Request for Proposals
(RFP) and four offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft

ManTech Services Corporation, Fairfax, Virginia, is being awarded a
$31,620,469 cost-plus-fixed-fee indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity
contract for Management Information System (MIS) instruction and technical
support services. Work will be performed at various Naval installations
throughout the world. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 240 proposals
solicited and two offers received. The Naval Information Systems Management
Center (NISMC), Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity
(N68939-95-D-0002).
AIR FORCE
Boeing Defense and Space Group, Electronic Systems Center, Seattle,
Washington, is being awarded a $328,027,612 face value increase to a
firm-fixed-price contract for integration of E-3 Airborne Warning and Control
System (AWACS) capability into two Boeing 767 aircraft. Contract is expected
to be completed July 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract is in support of a Foreign Military Sale
(FMS) to Japan. The Government of Japan will furnish the two Boeing 767
aircraft for the integration. The Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force
Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (F19628-94-C-0004, P00004).
