ARMY

Hughes Aircraft Company, Tucson Division, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a $6,144,981 modification to a firm fixed price contract for definitization of option exercise for additional procurement of 804 TOW missiles. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona, and is expected to be completed by August 31, 1995. Of the total contract funds, $5,980,831 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on December 20, 1993. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (DAAH01-92-C-0260).

NAVY

Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Sykesville, Maryland, is being awarded a $5,818,450 firm-fixed-price order under previously awarded contract N00024-92-C-6312 for AN/SQS-53C(V)3 retrofit kits and ancillary support items. Work will be performed in Sykesville, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by June 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Hughes Missile Systems Company, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a $7,205,617 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract for engineering support for the Advanced Cruise Missile program through 30 September 1995. Contract is expected to be completed September 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-93-C-0030, P00003).
