DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Burlington Menswear, New York, New York, was awarded on October 25, 1994 a
$20,059,380 firm fixed price contract for 1,842,00 yards of poly/wool serge
cloth. Forty-one proposals were solicited and three were received. Work will
be performed in Raeford, North Carolina and Clarksville, Virginia, and is
expected to be completed by September 5, 1996. Funds will not expire at the

Ran-Paige Company,* Sellersburg, Tennessee, is being awarded a $5,782,813 firm
fixed price contract for 18,916 temper tent frames. Eighty-eight proposals
were solicited and three were received. Work will be performed in Tennessee,
and is expected to be completed by October 30, 1995. Funds will not expire at
the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Personnel Support Center,

ARMY
Loral Vought Systems Corporation, Grand Prairie, Texas, is being awarded a
letter contract of $4,520,977 as part of a $515,000,000 cost plus incentive fee
contract for PATRIOT Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3), missile engineering,
manufacturing and development. Work will be performed in Dallas, Texas
(61.5%), Anaheim, California (13.3%), Duluth, Georgia (9%), Camden, Arkansas
(5.2%), Gainesville, Virginia (5.1%), Clearwater, Florida (2.5%), Lufkin, Texas
(2%), and Aurora, Illinois (1.4%), and is expected to be completed by July 30,
1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This letter contract was initiated on October 26, 1994. The contracting
activity is the U.S. Army Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama

AIR FORCE
Bechtel Environmental Incorporated, Oak Ridge, Tennessee is being awarded a
$150,000,000 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with provisions
to issue firm fixed price and cost plus award fee delivery orders. This action
provides for full service environmental remediation work at Loring Air Force
Base, Maine. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. The Human Systems Center, Brooks Air Force Base, Texas is the
contracting activity (F41624-94-D-8072).
Reflectone, Incorporated, Tampa, Florida is being awarded a $9,407,919 firm
fixed price contract. This action provides for FY 1995 Contractor Logistics
Support for the Aerial Refueling Part Task Trainer. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Contract is expected to be
completed September 1995. The Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base,
Utah is the contracting activity (F42630-94-C-0537).
Tybrin Corporation, Shalimar, Florida is being awarded a $16,440,145 cost plus
award fee contract. This action provides for systems engineering and technical
assistance services to support systems and subsystem test capability at the Air
Force Flight Test Center, Edwards Air Force Base, California. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Contract is expected to
be completed January 1998. The Air Force Flight Test Center, Edwards Air Force

NAVY
Georgia Tech Research Corporation, Centennial Research Building, Atlanta,
Georgia, is being awarded a $14,816,628 cost-reimbursement contract for the
development of an innovative, state-of-the-art concept for a low and mid
frequency phased array active and passive sonar system. This contract included
options, which if exercised, will bring the total cumulative value of the
contract to $18,370,952. Work will be performed in Atlanta, Georgia, and is
expected to be completed by October 1997. Contract funds in the amount of
$849,729 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was
competitively procured with 320 proposals solicited and ten offers received.
