$10,293,250 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering and technical program
management support of command, control, and communications systems for the
Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) under the Foreign Military Sales Program (FMS).

services required by the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization. Work will be
performed at McLean, Va., and is expected to be completed in November 1996.

AIR FORCE
Boeing Defense and Space Group, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a
$11,428,223 (Not-to-Exceed) face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract
for FY1995 testing for a variety of United States and North Atlantic Treaty
Organization (NATO) cooperative developments using Airborne Warning and Control
System (AWACS) resources, including the AWACS development tested aircraft.
Contract is expected to be completed September 1995. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Electronic Systems Center,

Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, Incorporated, Space Systems Division,
Sunnyvale, California, is begin awarded a $25,000,000 (Not-to-Exceed) face
value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract. This contract provides for
Developmental Flight Satellites 5 and 6 of the MILSATCOM program. The work
will be performed at Sunnyvale, California (10%), Los Angeles, California (81%)
and other subcontractors. Contract is expected to be completed August 2001.

contract provides for engineering and research support for the Simulator for
Air-to-Air Combat (SAAC) at Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Contract is expected
to be completed November 1999. Contract funds of $1,539,994 will expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. Eighty-six bids were solicited and three
proposals were received. The solicitation was issued March 1994 and
negotiations were completed 1994. The Human Systems Center, Brooks Air Force

Boeing Defense and Space Group, Space and Missile Division, Seattle,
Washington, is being awarded a $68,500,000 face value increase to a
fixed-price-incentive contract. This contract provides for descoping of 2
Inertial Upper Stage (IUS) launch vehicles and procurement of various line
replaceable units and solid rocket motors. Contract is expected to be
completed February 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
