ARMY
Contrack International, Incorporated, Arlington, Virginia, was awarded on
November 3, 1994, a $6,441,371 firm fixed price contract to provide all plant,
labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct a new pier supported by
concrete pipe piles. Work will be performed in Alexandria, Egypt, and is
expected to be completed by February 6, 1996. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 4 bids solicited on July 13,

Litton Data System, Agoura Hills, California, is being awarded an increment
(appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each delivery order)
as part of a $7,991,547 indefinite delivery/requirements contract, with time
and materials delivery orders for post deployment software support, field
engineering services, and depot level repair for the Lightweight Tactical Fire
Direction (LTACFIRE) System for a two year period. Work will be performed in
Van Nuys, California (60%), Fort Sill, Oklahoma (30%), and Camp LeJeune, North
Carolina (10%), and will be completed November 16, 1996. This is a sole source
contract initiated on October 19, 1993. The contracting activity is the U.S.

Lockheed Missile & Space Company, Incorporated, Huntsville, Alabama, is
being awarded a $189,000 increment as part of a $6,462,731 cost plus award fee
contract to conduct a Tactical Missile Target System flight test program. Work
will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, and is expected to be completed by
November 4, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on July 2, 1994. The

Hughes Information Technology Corporation, Reston, Virginia, is being awarded
a $4,373,000 increment as part of a $7,740,757 modification to a $9,068,072
cost plus fixed fee contract for controlled image base (CIB) production
capability. Work will be performed in Reston, Virginia, and is expected to be
completed by December 5, 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract. The contracting
activity is the Defense Mapping Agency, Washington, D.C. (DMA800-94-C-8108).
NAVY
United Technologies Corporation, Sikorsky Aircraft Division, Stratford,
Connecticut, is being awarded a $92,000,000 ceiling priced modification to
previously awarded contract N00019-91-C-0104 for the procurement of eight FY 94
HH-60H helicopters. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, and is
expected to be completed by December 1996. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington,
D.C., is the contracting activity.
Boeing Defense and Space Group, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a
$12,378,235 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-83-C-0176 to
exercise an option for contractor logistics support for the E-6A TACAMO
aircraft. Work will be performed in Wichita, Kansas (50%), and Seattle,
Washington (50%), and is expected to be completed by November 1995. Contract
funds in the amount of $12,378,235 would have expired at the end of the current
fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the
contracting activity.
AIR FORCE
Cincinnati Electronics Corporation, Mason, Ohio, is being awarded a $5,602,856
(Not-to-Exceed) cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for engineering services and
materials necessary to develop an improvement modification for the AN/AAR-44
missile warning system. The modification will enhance system accuracy, improve
data processing efficiency and establish a flight line reprogramming
capability. Contract is expected to be completed February 1996. Contract
funds of $2,801,428 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One bid
was solicited and one proposal was received. The solicitation was issued
September 1994 and negotiations were completed November 1994. The Warner
Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting
activity (F09603-95-C-0022).
