Monfort Inc./Mapelli Food Dist. Company, Greeley, Colorado, is being awarded a
$23,633,304 (est.) firm fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for
resale commissary fresh beef items. Fifty-seven proposals were solicited and
six were received. Work will be performed in Texas, and is expected to be
completed by October 31, 1995. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal

NAVY
Fuentez Systems Concepts, Fairfax, Virginia, is being awarded a $17,057,284
indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, time-and-materials contract for
hardware integration and related services for Command, Control, Communications,
Computers and Intelligence (C4I) for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems
Command Common Products Office. Work will be performed in Fairfax, Virginia
(50%), and Portsmouth, Virginia (50%), and is expected to be completed by
September 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 60 proposals
solicited and five offers received. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems
Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00039-95-D-0031).
Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Bethpage, New York, is being awarded a
$14,406,566 fixed-price-incentive-fee contract for the full-scale fatigue
testing of the Navy's C-2A(R) aircraft. Work will be performed in Calverton,
New York (5%), and Bethpage, New York (95%), and is expected to be completed by
September 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air

Texas Instruments, Inc., Lewisville, Texas, is being awarded a $9,087,345
order against a cost-plus-fixed-fee basic ordering agreement to qualify the
Joint Standoff Weapon baseline weapons system on the F-16C/D Block 50 aircraft,
support captive flight testing on the B1-B aircraft, and develop logistics
support and mission planning systems for the U.S. Air Force. Work will be
performed in Lewisville, Texas, and is expected to be completed by July 1995.
This order will facilitate the integrations of the JSOW baseline weapon system
into the U.S. Air Force weapon inventory. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively
procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting
activity (N00019-92-G-0007).
General Electric Company, Aircraft Engines Business Group, Lynn,
Massachusetts, is being awarded a $16,745,042 ceiling-priced modification to
previously awarded contract N00019-93-C-0060 to provide a component improvement
program for the F404, T58, and T64 engine models for the U.S. Navy (71%), and
the governments of Canada (9%), Japan (1%), Israel (1%), Kuwait (2%), Finland
(1%), Spain (5%), Malaysia (1%), Switzerland (1%), Sweden (1%), Australia (5%),
and Singapore (2%), under the Foreign Military Sales Program (FMS). Work will
be performed in Lynn, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by
September 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
