ARMY
Loral Vought Systems Corporation (formerly LTV Aerospace and Defense Company,
Vought Missiles and Advanced Programs Division), Dallas, Texas, is being
awarded a $78,269,601 modification to a firm fixed price contract to exercise
the FY95 option for Army Tactical Missile System (Army TACMS) FY95 full rate
production of 148 guided missile and launching assemblies; M39 plus warranty.
Work will be performed in Dallas, Texas (98.2%) and Horizon City, Texas (1.8%),
and is expected to be completed by February 28, 1997. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract
initiated on April 2, 1991. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Missile
Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (DAAH01-92-C-0038).
NAVY
Vitro Corporation, Rockville, Maryland, is being awarded a $26,985,000
cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide life-cycle integration for the Trident
I (C4) and Trident II (D5) Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) systems. Work will be
performed in Rockville, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by September
1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract was not competitively procured. The Navy's Strategic Systems
Programs, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00030-95-C-0017).
TRW Corporation, Systems Division, Fairfax, Virginia, is being awarded a
$12,855,033 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-91-C-6456 to
exercise an option for marine architecture and engineering support services.
Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia, and is expected to be completed
by September 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the

AIR FORCE
Dynamics Research Corporation, Systems Division, Andover, Massachusetts, is
being awarded an $8,887,878 (Not-to-Exceed) face value increase to a
firm-fixed-price contract for FY1995 operational system support for the
Tactical Interim Core Automated Maintenance System (CAMS) and Reliability and
Maintainability Information System (REMIS) Reporting System. These systems
provide tracking support for aircraft maintenance. The work will be performed
at various Air Force installations worldwide Contract is expected to be
completed September 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Materiel Systems Contracting Division,
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity

Lockheed Corporation, Fort Worth Company, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded
a $1,319,567,000 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract for action
to definitize the long lead contract for the Korean Fighter program providing
for 12 full-up F-16 aircraft and 36 kitted F-16 aircraft that Lockheed will
ship to Korea for completion. Contract is expected to be completed September
1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract is in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to the Republic of
Korea. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio,

Lockheed Corporation, Lockheed Fort Worth Company, Fort Worth, Texas, is being
awarded an $18,559,101 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract for
action to partially definitize procurement of 18 F-16 A and B aircraft in
support of foreign military sales to Thailand. Contract is expected to be
completed November 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
