DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY
CCL, Inc., Bethesda, Md., is being awarded a $8,109,160.52 face value increase
to an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract for remedial and
preventive hardware maintenance and data deliverables for Defense Mega Centers
in Illinois, Alabama, Pennsylvania, Missouri and their associated Data
Processing Installations worldwide; and the Software Development Center; and
the Bureau of Naval Personnel, Washington D.C. Period of performance is 1
January through 31 December 1995. On call services will be performed at the
locations listed above. The Defense Information Systems Agency Procurement
Management Division branch at Fort Ritche, Md., is the contracting activity

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Mobil Oil Corporation, Fairfax, Virginia, is being awarded a $45,470,808 fixed
price with economic price adjustment contract for 79,037,300 gallons of various
fuels. Eighty-eight proposals were solicited and 16 were received. Work will
be performed in Saudi Arabia, and is expected to be completed by December 31,
1995. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel
Supply Center, Alexandria, Virginia, is the contracting activity
(DLA600-94-D-0454).
ARMY
McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, Monrovia, California, is being awarded a letter
contract amount of $5,361,871 as part of a $10,723,743 cost plus fixed fee
contract for FY95 Kiowa Warrior Helicopter depot level maintenance, providing
repair of the Mast Mounted Sight System and Test Support System. Work will be
performed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina (31%), Coleman Barracks, Germany (31%),
Monrovia, California (18%), Camp Stanley, Korea (10%), and Fort Hood, Texas
(10%), and is expected to be completed by September 30, 1995. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source
contract initiated on July 5, 1994. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army
Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (DAAH01-95-C-0042).
Holston Defense Corporation, Kingsport, Tennessee, is being awarded a
$6,771,272 modification to a cost plus fixed fee contract for the operation and
maintenance of a government owned/contractor operated facility. Work will be
performed at Holston Army Ammunition Plant, Kingsport, Tennessee, and is
expected to be completed by December 31, 1994. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract
initiated on January 1, 1983. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army
Armament, Ammunition and Chemical Command, Rock Island, Illinois
(DAAA09-92-Z-0008).
Thermotrex Corporation, San Diego, California, is being awarded a $1,789,452
increment as part of a $6,736,070 (basic plus 3 options) cost plus fixed fee
contract for research and development of a camera to measure millimeter waves
(Passive Millimeter Wave Imager). Work will be performed in San Diego,
California, and is expected to be completed by July 18, 2000. Of the total
contract funds, $1,789,452 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This is a sole source contract initiated on April 12, 1994. The contracting
activity is the U.S. Army Laboratory Command, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey
(DAAL01-94-C-0100).
CIVIL WORKS - NON MILITARY
Roy F. Weston, Incorporated, West Chester, Pennsylvania, is being awarded an
increment (appropriation number and dollar value will be issued with each
delivery order) as part of a not-to-exceed $50,000,000 (one year base contract
plus four one-year options) indefinite quantity contract (firm fixed price and
cost plus fixed fee delivery order) for remediation work in support of the
Hazardous Toxic Radioactive Waste Program of the New England Division. Work
will be performed in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode
Island, and Vermont, and is expected to be completed by November 1999. There
was an announcement in the Commerce Business Daily on August 20, 1993, and 9
bids were received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers, Waltham, Massachusetts (DACW33-95-D-0004).
NAVY
Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Plant Apparatus Division, Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania, is being awarded a $71,380,000 modification to previously awarded
contract N00024-92-C-4005 to provide naval nuclear propulsion components to the
U.S. Navy. Work will be performed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems
Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
AIR FORCE
AIL Systems Incorporated, Dear Park, New York, is being awarded an $18,014,933
face value increase to a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for interim contractor
support through 18 November 1995 for the AN/ALQ-161A electronic countermeasures
system applicable to the B-1B aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed
November 1995. Contract funds of $18,014,933 will expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force
Base Georgia, is the contracting activity (F09603-93-C-1020, P00008).
FIORE Industries, Albuquerque, New Mexico, is being awarded a $7,095,862 face
value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract. This contract provides for
the High Power Microwave Research and Experiment Program which seeks to assess
the effects of microwave and radio frequencies on various assets, to increase
understanding of hardening measure against these energies, and to improve
experimentation techniques related to them. Contract is expected to be
completed November 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. Sixty-seven bids were solicited and three proposals were
received. The solicitation was issued August 1994. The Phillips Laboratory,
Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, is the contracting activity
(F29601-95-C-0025).
GLASCO Division, Wichita, Kansas, is being awarded a $7,147,035 face value
increase to a firm-fixed-price contract for logistics support for the C-21A
aircraft. The work will be performed at various Air Force installations
worldwide. Contract is expected to be completed December 1995 Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Oklahoma City Air
Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity
(F34601-90-C-1097-P00069).
Martin Marietta Astronautics Group, Space Launch Systems Company, Littleton,
Colorado, is being awarded a $66,680,734 face value increase to a
fixed-price-incentive-firm contract. This contract provides for procurement of
the Pulse Code Modulation Wideband Instrumentation System for Titan IV
vehicles 24 through 41. The work will be performed at Littleton, Colorado
(85%) and other various other locations. Contract is expected to be completed
September 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. The Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles, California, is
