Tennessee Apparel,* Tullahoma, Tennessee, is being awarded a $7,511,700 firm
fixed price contract for 105,000 pairs of trousers. Thirty proposals were
solicited and six were received. Work will be performed in Tennessee, and is
expected to be completed by October 31, 1995. Funds will not expire at the end
of the fiscal year. The Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (SPO100- 94-C-4004).
Gibraltar,* San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, is being awarded a $14,009,710 firm
fixed price contract for 48,985, body armor protective vests. One hundred one
proposals were solicited and ten were received. Work will be performed in
Puerto Rico, and is expected to be completed by November 30, 1995. Funds will
not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Personnel Support
Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity

ARMY
CNY Enterprises, Incorporated*, East Syracuse, New York, is being awarded a
$5,794,539 firm fixed price construction contract to upgrade a KC-135 hydrant
refueling system and construct a 10,000 BBL jet fuel storage tank system. The
upgrade project will consist of concrete, pavements, earthwork, construction of
a new pre-engineered structure pumphouse, site work, construction of a new
stainless steel hydrant fueling system and other associated equipment.
Construction of the jet fuel storage tank will consist of associate structures,
facilities, modifying the existing fuel storage tank system, and miscellaneous
site work and restorations. Work will be performed at Pease Air National Guard
Base, Newington, New Hampshire, and is expected to be completed by January 7,
1996. Of the total contract funds, $1,100,000 will expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. There were 60 bids solicited on August 31, 1994, and 10
bids received. The contracting activity is the National Guard Bureau, Concord,
New Hampshire (DAHA27-95-C-0001).
Beech Aerospace Services, Incorporated, Madison, Mississippi, is being awarded
a $21,583,030 modification to a firm fixed price contract for contractor
logistic support for C-12/RC-12 and U-21/RU-21 fixed wing aircraft. Work will
be performed at various beddown sites worldwide, and will be completed
September 30, 1996. Of the total contract funds, $17,176,760 will expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. There were 18 bids solicited on July 31,
1990, and 1 bid received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation
and Troop Command, St. Louis, Missouri (DAAJ09-92-C-0009).
