NAVY

Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Bethpage, New York, is being awarded a $403,000,000 advanced acquisition contract for FY 95 and FY 96 requirements for Group II E-2C "Hawkeye" aircraft. This contract will procure four aircraft in FY 95 and provide for long lead requirements for three aircraft in FY 96. Work will be performed in St. Augustine, Florida (75%), Bethpage, New York (24%), and Milledgeville, Georgia (1%), and is expected to be completed by June 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. Advanced Telecommunications, Inc., Santa Fe Springs, California, is being awarded a $27,665,720 cost-plus-fixed-fee pricing arrangement contract to provide engineering support for the Synthetic Theater of War (STOW) Program. Work will be performed at the Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance Center, RDT&E Division, San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by December 1999. Bath Iron Works Corporation, Bath, Maine, is being awarded a $41,299,095 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-91-C-2800 for lead yard and class services to support the DDG 51 Class Aegis Destroyer Program. Work will be performed in Bath, Maine, and is expected to be completed by December 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. South Carolina Research Authority, Columbia, South Carolina, is being awarded a $44,600,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee letter contract for the design, testing, and maintenance support

of several Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), and logistics support technologies in support of the Rapid Acquisition of Parts Program. Work will be performed in Charleston, South Carolina, and is expected to be completed by December 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Grumman Data Systems Corporation, Information Conversion Division, Bethpage, New York, is being awarded a $5,916,939 firm-fixed-price contract to provide photocomposition, digitized artwork, and maintenance of data bases for the Planned Maintenance Systems and Engineering Operational Sequencing System. Work will be performed in Bethpage, New York, and is expected to be completed by December 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. AIR FORCE

Electronics and Space Corporation, Saint Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a $7,040,912 firm-fixed-price contract for 31 Test Program Sets applicable to various components of the radar system on the MC-130H aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed November 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Hughes Missile Systems Company, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a $32,043,393 (Not-to-Exceed) firm-fixed-price contract for 1,413 Missile Rail Launchers in support of the Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile (AMRAAM). Lockheed Sanders, Incorporated, Avionics Division, Nashua, New Hampshire, is being awarded a $14,916,735 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for integrated sensor systems research and development. The objective of this program is to determine the feasibility of integrating sensors across different radio frequency functional barriers. The work will be performed at Nashua, New Hampshire (66%) and Baltimore, Maryland (34%). Contract is expected to be completed June 1999. McDonnell Douglas Aerospace Company, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a $16,565,250 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for integrated sensor system research and development. The objective of this program is to determine the feasibility of integrating sensors across different radio frequency functional barriers. The work will be performed at St. Louis, Missouri (48%), Plano, Texas (27%), and San Diego, California (25%). Contract is expected to be completed June 1999. McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Company, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded an $11,822,294 face value increase to a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for interim contractor support repair of approximately 2100 items in support of the F-15 aircraft. ARMY

Centex Bateson Construction Company, Incorporated, Dallas, Texas, is being awarded a $61,650,000 increment as part of a $190,977,335 firm fixed price contract for construction of Phase III of the replacement hospital-project, consisting of a new permanent, multistory, 287 bed medical center with ancillary, support and clinic areas. The facility is approximately 1,000,000 gross square feet. Work will be performed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, and is expected to be completed by June 12, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 157 bids solicited on April 5, 1994, and 4 bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah, Georgia (DACA21-95-C-0007).

United Defense Limited Partnership, York, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a $13,894,937 modification to a firm fixed price letter contract as an addition to the current Improved Recovery Vehicle contract, for 14 vehicles and 3 spare engines, for Kuwait. Work will be performed in York, Pennsylvania, and is expected to be completed by March 31, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
