NAVY

General Electric Company, Fitchburg, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $22,038,295 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-90-C-4066 for production and test of one shipset of service turbine generators for Seawolf Class submarines. Work will be performed in Fitchburg, Massachusetts (55%) and Lynn, Massachusetts (45%), and is expected to be completed within 30 months after the award. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Fletcher Wright, Inc., Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $12,805,112 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a new bachelor enlisted quarters at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. Work will be performed in Bremerton, Washington, and is expected to be completed by July 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 224 proposals solicited and nine offers received. The Engineering Field Activity Northwest, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Silverdale, Washington, is the contracting activity (N44255-94-C-7555).

AIR FORCE

Boeing Defense and Space Group, Spare Management Center, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $5,307,000 (Estimated) firm-fixed-price contract for 12 Raceway Cable Sets, 11 Interval Timer Sets, 12 Conduit Support Sets, and associated services and data for the Minuteman Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Weapon System. This equipment supports launch pad interface with the missile. Contract is expected to be completed December 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One bid was solicited and one proposal was received. The solicitation was issued June 1994. The Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (F42610-94-C-0037).

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a $6,792,470 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract for 73 Molecular Sieve Oxygen Generating System retrofit kits applicable to the F-15 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed December 1996. Contract funds of $6,792,470 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-91-C-2002, P00112).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Triad Metals International, Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, was awarded a $7,879,945 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for structural steel items. Twenty-four proposals were solicited and four were received. Work will be performed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is expected to be completed by January, 1997. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Industrial Supply Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (SPO500- 95-D-0019).

Ashland Chemical Co., Dublin, Ohio, is being awarded an $8,001,583 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for fuel system icing inhibitor. Two hundred sixty-nine proposals were solicited and two were received. Work is expected to be completed by January 31, 1996. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Alexandria, Virginia, is the contracting activity (SPO600-95-D-0750).
