DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Hormel Foods, Corp., Austin, Minnesota, was awarded on December 27,
1994, a $6,887,437 firm fixed price contract for 6,386,636 pounds (estimated)
of pork items. One hundred three proposals were solicited and five were
received. Work will be performed in Freemont, Nebraska and is expected to be
completed by January 31, 1996. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal

Southwest Airport Services Incorporated,* Houston, Texas, is being awarded an
$11,729,432 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for 471,600
gallons of Jet A w/o Fuel System Icing Inhibitor and 11,509,200 gallons of Jet
A w/FSII. Two hundred forty-four proposals were solicited and one was received.
Work will be performed at Ellington Field and is expected to be completed by
March 31, 1998. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The

Oasis Aviation Incorporated,* Los Angeles, California, is being
awarded a $5,173,664 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for
6,026,400 gallons of Jet A with Fuel System Icing Inhibitor. Two hundred
forty-four proposals were solicited and one was received. Work will be
performed at Biggs Army Airfield, Texas and, and is expected to be completed by
March 31, 1998. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The
Defense Fuel Supply Center, Alexandria, Virginia, is the contracting activity

Oasis Aviation Incorporated,* Los Angeles, California, is being
awarded a $6,877,940 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for
3,340,000 gallons of Jet A w/o Fuel System Icing Inhibitor and 4,233,600
gallons of Jet A w/FSII. Two hundred forty-four proposals were solicited and
two were received. Work will be performed at El Paso International Airport
and, is expected to be completed by March 31, 1998. Funds will not expire at
the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Alexandria,

NAVY
Grumman Data Systems Corporation, Herndon, Virginia, is being awarded a
$27,258,275 modification to previously awarded contract N00014-90-C-6010 for
acquisition of hardware and software upgrades associated with the Navy's
primary oceanographic prediction system. Work will be performed at Stennis
Space Center, Mississippi, and is expected to be completed by September 1995.
Contract funds in the amount of $25,308,851 will expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Naval Research Laboratory, Stennis Space Center,
Mississippi, is the contracting activity.
Canadian Commercial Corporation, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, is being awarded a
$11,227,824 firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of four recovery,
assist, securing, and traversing (RAST) systems for shipboard helicopter
landing systems. Work will be performed in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, and
is expected to be completed by January 1997. This contract was not
competitively procured. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division,

AIR FORCE
Allison Engine Company, Indianapolis, Indiana, is being awarded a $7,952,091
(Estimated) face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract. This contract
provides for 44,817 (best estimated quantity) Third Stage Turbine Blades
applicable to the T-56 engine used on the
C-130 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed December 1996. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One bid was
solicited and one proposal was received. The solicitation was issued July 1994
and negotiations were completed December 1994. The San Antonio Air Logistics
