CONTRACTS

 NAVY

                 Aliron International, Bethesda, Md. (N62645-11-D-5014); CasePro, Inc., San Antonio, Texas (N62645-11-D-5015); Chenega Global Services, Anchorage, Alaska (N62645-11-D-5016); OMV Medical, Inc., Takoma Park, Md. (N62645-11-D-5017); Professional Performance Development Group, San Antonio, Texas (N62645-11-D-5018); and RGB Group, Inc., Miami, Fla. (N62645-11-D-5019), are each being awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple task order contracts for health care worker services in support of Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton, Calif., and associated branch medical clinics.  Total estimated value of the contract if all task orders are issued is $225,000,000.  This contract consists of a 60-month ordering period.  Work will be performed in Camp Pendleton, Calif. (98 percent), and Yuma, Ariz. (2 percent), and work is expected to be complete July 2016.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year.  This requirement was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunitieswebsite, with 28 offers received.  The Naval Medical Logistics Command, Ft. Detrick, Md., is the contracting activity. 

                MEDTEMPS, Inc., San Antonio, Texas (N62645-11-D-5024); Kuhana-Spectrum Joint Venture, Aiea, Hawaii (N62645-11-D-5025); InGenesis Arora Dental, San Antonio, Texas (N62645-11-D-5026); and The OMO Group, Inc., San Antonio, Texas (N62645-11-D-5027), are each being awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple task order contracts for multi-disciplinary dental services in support of military treatment facilities/dental treatment facilities in the Southeastern United States.  Total estimated value of the contract if all task orders are issued is $99,759,294.  This contract consists of a 60-month ordering period.  Work is to be performed in Jacksonville and Pensacola, Fla. (50 percent) and Camp LeJeune, N.C. (50 percent), and work is expected to be complete May 2016.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year.  This requirement was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with 26 offers received.  The Naval Medical Logistics Command, Ft. Detrick, Md., is the contracting activity. 

               EnerSys Energy Products, Inc., Warrensburg, Mo., is being awarded an $11,114,000 modification to previously awarded contract (N00164-10-D-GS60) for the production of submarine valve regulated lead acid batteries.  This effort will procure replacement back-up batteries for in-service nuclear submarines.  Work will be performed in Warrensburg, Mo., and is expected to be completed by July 2012. Contract funds in the amount of $7,384,750 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Ind., is the contracting activity.

               General Electric Co., Aircraft Engines Business Group, Lynn, Mass., is being awarded a $9,224,267 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-06-C-0088) for the procurement of one F414-GE-400 Spare Engine; eight combustion modules, seven fan modules, and one high pressure turbine module for the F/A-18E/F aircraft. Work will be performed in Lynn, Mass. (51.8 percent); Madisonville, Ky. (20.9 percent); Hooksett, N.H. (12 percent); Rutland, Vt. (4.6 percent); Dayton, Ohio (2.5 percent); Jacksonville, Fla. (1.8 percent); Muskegon, Mich. (1.6 percent); Terre Haute, Ind. (1.6 percent); Bromont, Canada (1.4 percent); Asheville, N.C. (1.2 percent); and Evandale, Ohio ( 0.6 percent),  and is expected to be completed in December 2012.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

               Belt Collins Hawaii, Ltd., Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a maximum $7,500,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity architect-engineer services contract for architect-engineering services for the preparation of planning documents and related technical services for projects and activities at various locations worldwide, primarily in the Pacific and Indian Oceans.  Task order 0001 is being awarded at $18,891 for the preparation of an airfield waiver request at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.  Work for this task order is expected to be completed by July 2011.  All work will be performed within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific area of responsibility, including various locations worldwide and may include the military service for which NAVFAC Pacific is tasked to provide planning assistance.  The term of contract is not to exceed 36 months, with an expected completion date of May 2014.  Contract funds in the amount of $18,891 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured via the NAVFAC e-solicitation website, with seven proposals received.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (N62742-11-D-0200).

 DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

               Air BP, a division of BP Products North America, Inc., Naperville, Ill. was awarded contract SP0600-11-D-0481.  The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment, indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract with a maximum $79,475,671 for aviation turbine fuel.  Other locations of performance are Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.  Using service is Defense Logistics Agency Energy.  The date of performance completion is Oct. 30, 2011.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va.

               Equilon Enterprises dba Shell Oil Products – Mobile, Houston, Texas was awarded contract SP0600-11-D-0478.  The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment, indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract with a maximum $68,359,794 for aviation turbine fuel.  Other location of performance is Alabama.  Using service is Defense Logistics Agency Energy.  The date of performance completion is Oct. 30, 2011.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va.

              ExxonMobil Fuels Marketing Company, Fairfax, Va. was awarded contract SP0600-11-D-0496.  The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment, indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract with a maximum $46,252,114 for aviation turbine fuel.  Other location of performance is Louisiana.  Using service is Defense Logistics Agency Energy.  The date of performance completion is Oct. 30, 2011.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va.

             Bominflot Atlantic, LLC, Houston, Texas* was awarded contract SP0600-11-D-4001.  The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment contract with a maximum $26,253,000 for fuel oil burner.  Other location of performance is Virginia.  Using service is Navy.  The date of performance completion is July 31, 2013.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va.

             Calumet Sales Company, Incorporated, Indianapolis, Ind. was awarded contract SP0600-11-D-0477.  The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment, indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract with a maximum $24,537,550 for aviation turbine fuel.  Other location of performance is Louisiana.  Using service is Defense Logistics Agency Energy.  The date of performance completion is Oct. 30, 2011.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va.

 AIR FORCE

             Boeing Company of Long Beach, Calif. is being awarded a $54,659,249 cost plus incentive fee, fixed price contract to provide total C-17 weapon system sustainment responsibility under a single prime contractor with the goal of achieving improvements in logistics support and mission readiness while reducing operating and support costs.  At this point, $54,659,249 has been obligated. The location of the performance is Long Beach, Calif.  The contracting activity is ASC/WLMK at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. (FA8614-04-C-2004, P00376)

             General Dynamics Information Technology, Fairfax, Va. is being awarded a maximum $45,500,000 cost plus fixed fee IDIQ which will provide Air Force Research Laboratory Materials and Manufacturing Directorate Technology division with a contract vehicle related to evolving materials and manufacturing technology.  At this point, $3,511,722 has been obligated.  The contracting activity is Det. 1 AFRL/PKMT, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. (FA8650-11-D-5702, 0001)

             Raytheon Company of El Segundo, Calif. is being awarded a $25,170,377 firm fixed price contract seven (7) remanufactured B-2 aircraft antenna parts.  At this point, $0 has been obligated.  Work will be performed in El Segundo, Calif.  The contracting activity is 448 Supply Chain Management Wing/PKBC, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla. (FA8119-11-C-0006)
