Nashua, New Hampshire, was awarded on January 5, 1995, a delivery order amount
of $24,893,000 as part of a $55,449,649 (potential cumulative total) firm fixed
price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for six communications,
intercept and direction finding TACJAM-A (SN/MSR-3). Work will be performed in
Nashua, New Hampshire (74%) and Lansdale, Pennsylvania (26%), and delivery
order 1 is expected to be completed by March 31, 1996. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract
initiated on August 16, 1994. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army

intercept and direction finding electronic hardware. The spares are primarily
a variety of circuit card assemblies. Work will be performed in Nashua, New
Hampshire (74%) and Lansdale, Pennsylvania (26%), and is expected to be
completed by March 31, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on August 16,
1994. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics

CIVIL WORKS - NON MILITARY
Fordice Construction Company*, Vicksburg, Mississippi, is being awarded a
$10,730,000 firm fixed price supply contract to provide labor and materials to
fabricate 300,000 squares (approximately 4 feet by 25 feet by 3 inches) of
articulated concrete mattress using government provided forms at a government
provided site. The mattress is used in revetment of the Mississippi River
Levee System. Work will be performed at St. Francisville, Louisiana, and is
expected to be completed by December 1, 1995. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 51 bids solicited on
November 7, 1994, and 3 bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, Louisiana (DACW29-95-C-0013).
NAVY
The George Hyman Construction Company, Bethesda, Maryland, is being awarded a
$227,492,000 fixed-price contract for construction of a Technical Training
Complex at the Naval Education and Training Center, Naval Air Station,
Pensacola, Florida. Work is expected to be completed by November 1996.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract was competitively procured with four proposals solicited and four
offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southern Division,

Advanced Engineering Research Associates, Inc., Arlington, Virginia, is being
awarded a $8,275,770 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the technical support
services for the Assault Amphibious Vehicle Program. Work will be performed in
Arlington, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by December 1999.
Contract funds in the amount of $75,000 will expire at the end of the current

$1,151,177,330 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract for
manufacture of Milstar Development Flight Satellites 5 and 6. The work will be
performed at Sunnyvale, California (36%), Los Angeles, California (31%) and
Redondo Beach, California (33%). Contract is expected to be completed August
2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

$6,785,706 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract for a software
modification to integrate the ALR-56M Advanced Radar Warning Receiver and the
AN/ALE-47 Chaff/Flare Dispenser into the F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected
to be completed December 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. This contract is in support of Foreign Military Sales
(FMS) to Taiwan. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force

Textron Defense Systems, Wilmington, Massachusetts, is being awarded a
$106,424,352 face value increase to a fixed-price-incentive contract for low
rate initial production of 260 CBU-97A/B Sensor Fused Weapons, 28 Seek Eagle
Units, and related containers, warranty and data. Contract is expected to be
completed May 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
