DEFENSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS AGENCY
Data Systems Analyst, Inc., Fairfax, VA, is being awarded a $6,265,514 cost
plus award fee contract for software life cycle maintenance of the Defense
Message System (DMS) Automatic Digital Network (AUTODIN) backbone system. The
contract also covers DMS transitional projects that fall under the cognizance
of the Defense Information Systems Agency. The contract will cover on-site
programmer support at four overseas AUTODIN Switching Centers and system
engineering and technical support for the transition of AUTODIN to the DMS
target achitecture. Work will be performed at the contractor's facilities in
Fairfax, VA, on-site at Fort Detrick, MD and at four overseas locations.
Additional requirements consisting of four 12-month options are included. The
total potential contract amount is $41,241,236 and the total potential period
of performance is 60 months. The Defense Information Systems Agency,

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Exxon Company International, Florham Park, New Jersey, was awarded on January
11, 1995, a $7,904,989 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for
6,630,000 gallons of jet A-1 fuel with additives, 120,000 gallons of leaded
regular gasoline, and 35,000 gallons of leaded premium gasoline. Twenty-four
proposals were solicited and two were received. Work will be performed at
various locations in Honduras, Central America and is expected to be completed
by December 31, 1995. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year.
The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Alexandria, Virginia, is the contracting
activity (SPO600-95-D-1278).
General Electric Medical Systems, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is being awarded a
$16,380,989 firm fixed price requirements contract for Level II MRI scanner
systems. The contract includes two one-year option periods. Fourteen proposals
were solicited and three were received. Work will be performed in Waukesha
City, Wisconsin, and is expected to be completed by January 13, 1996. The
Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the
contracting activity (SPO200-95-D-8701).
General Electric Medical Systems, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is being awarded a
$13,320,323 firm fixed price requirements contract for Level I MRI scanner
systems. The contract includes two one-year option periods. Fourteen proposals
were solicited and three were received. Work will be performed in Waukesha
City, Wisconsin, and is expected to be completed by January 13, 1996. The
Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the

ARMY
Day & Zimmermann/Basil Corporation, Radnor, Pennsylvania, is being awarded
a $5,487,390 modification to a cost plus award fee contract for the operation
and maintenance of a government owned/contractor operated facility. Work will
be performed at Hawthorne Army Depot, Hawthorne, Nevada, and is expected to be
completed by September 30, 1995. Of the total contract funds, $5,041,971 will
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract
initiated in November 1988. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army
Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command, Rock Island, Illinois
(DAAA09-89-Z-0001).
Raytheon Company, Missile Systems Division, Bedford, Massachusetts, is being
awarded an $18,468,271 modification to a firm fixed price contract to exercise
options for expanded PATRIOT weapon control computer retrofit hardware and
rework of secondary items. Work will be performed in Andover, Massachusetts,
and is expected to be completed by August 30, 1998. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract
initiated on December 20, 1993. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army
Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (DAAH01-94-C-0107).
NAVY
Hercules Aerospace Co., McGregor, Texas, is being awarded a $7,430,000 capital
rehabilitation contract on a cost-no-fee-type basis for rehabilitation projects
at the Naval Industrial Reserve Plant, McGregor, Texas. The capital
improvements at the McGregor plant will more efficiently maintain a full
production line of rocket motors and missile cases. Work is expected to be
completed by January 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval
Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity

AIR FORCE
Electronic and Space Corporation, Saint Louis , Missouri, is being awarded a
$5,700,000 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract. This contract
provides for interim contractor support for the AN-APQ-170 radar system
applicable to the MC-130H aircraft from 16 January 1995 through 15 January
1996. The work will be performed at Saint Louis, Missouri (90%) and at other
sites. Contract is expected to be completed January 1996. Contract funds will
not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Warner Robins Air
Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity
