CONTRACTS

 NAVY

                 Construction Engineering Services, LLC*, Fairfax, Va. (N62473-11-D-2215); Los Alamos Technical Associates, Inc.*, Albuquerque, N.M. (N62473-11-D-2216); Sanberg-OTIE JV*, Whittier, Calif. (N62473-11-D-2217); Sullivan-Weston Services JVA, LLC*, San Diego, Calif. (N 62473-11-D-2218), are each being awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award contract for environmental remediation services at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Southwest area of responsibility (AOR).  The maximum dollar value, including the base period and four option years, for all four contracts combined is $50,000,000.  No task orders are being issued at this time.  Work will be performed primarily within the NAVFAC Southwest AOR which includes Calif. (80 percent), Ariz. (5 percent), Colo. (3 percent), Nev. (3 percent), N.M. (2 percent), Utah (2 percent), and other Department of Defense locations (5 percent).  The term of the contracts is not to exceed 60 months, with an expected completion date of Jun. 2016.  Contract funds in the amount of $20,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured as a 100 percent Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with nine proposals received.  These four contractors may compete for task orders under the terms and conditions of the awarded contract.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, Calif. is the contracting activity.

                 CAE USA, Inc., Tampa, Fla., is being awarded a $32,130,693 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N61340-11-C-0006) to design, fabricate, install and test two MH-60R tactical operational flight trainers.  Work will be performed in Tampa, Fla. (42 percent); Lexington Park, Md. (35 percent); Salt Lake City, Utah (9 percent); Huappauge, N.Y. (5 percent); San Francisco, Calif. (4 percent); Montreal, Canada (2 percent); Huntsville, Ala. (2 percent); and Leesburg, Va. (1 percent), and work is expected to be completed in October 2013.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems Division, Orlando, Fla., is the contracting activity.

                 Frontier Electronic Systems Corp.*, Stillwater, Okla., is being awarded a $15,223,182  indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract using firm-fixed priced and cost-plus-fixed-fee orders with a 12-month ordering period for AN/SPQ-14(V) Advanced Sensor Distribution System (ASDS), AN/SPQ15(V) data distribution system (DDS) equipment and engineering support services in support of the systems.  AN/SPQ-14(V) Advanced Sensor Distribution System, AN/SPQ15(V) data distribution system equipment and replacement parts will be procured for shipboard systems. Services include ASDS and DDS engineering, installation, configuration management, and integrated logistics support for shipboard and shore-based systems.  This contract combines purchases for the Navy (85 percent) and the governments of South Korea and Saudi Arabia (15 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales Program.  Work will be performed in Stillwater, Okla., over a period of up to 24 months.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division is the contracting activity (N00178-11-D-1049).

                 ArmorWorks Enterprises, LLC, Chandler, Ariz., is being awarded a $9,081,487 firm-fixed-price contract for Protective Undergarments.  Work will be performed in Elk Rapids, Mich., (45 percent); Spokane, Wash. (45 percent) and Chandler, Ariz. (10 percent), and work is expected to be completed June 2012.  Contract funds expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured.  The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity (M67854-11-C-3036).

                 Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., is being awarded a $7,127,008 firm-fixed-price delivery order on a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00019-07-D-0004) for the VH-60N Executive Helicopter special progressive aircraft rework induction, including vendor repairables and component overhaul.  Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., and is expected to be completed in May 2012.  Contract funds in the amount of $7,127,008 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.

 AIR FORCE

                Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. of Herndon Va. is being awarded a $21,801,249 cost plus fixed fee contract for threat assessment reports for U.S. Forces and training and education on a wide range of tasks to include the following: counter-IED training and education; tactical site exploitation; search; homemade explosives; attack the network operations; and lethal and nonlethal actions and operations against networks.  ESG/PKS DTIC, Offutt Air Force Base, Ne. is the contracting activity (SP0700-03-D-1380, Delivery Order 0413).

              Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. of Herndon Va. is being awarded a $14,871,639 cost plus fixed fee contract for reports, studies, and analysis for the design, development, testing, evaluation, integration, production, fielding, sustainment, and modernization of ground vehicles and support systems necessary to advance the overall survivability of both current and future ground systems for the program executive officer for combat support & combat services support and the PEO for Ground Combat Systems. Work will be performed at McLean, Va.  ESG/PKS DTIC, Offutt Air Force Base, Ne. is the contracting activity (SP0700-03-D-1380, Delivery Order 0418).

              Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. of Herndon Va. is being awarded a $9,835,821 cost plus fixed fee contract for munitions lethality analysis and technical reports and plans on a wide array of capability concepts for defined technical and program events, challenges, and surge activities for Air Force Research Laboratory use in their research, planning, development and testing processes.  ESG/PKS DTIC, Offutt Air Force Base, Ne. is the contracting activity (SP0700-03-D-1380, Delivery Order 0417).

              Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. of Herndon Va. is being awarded an $8,770.191 cost plus fixed fee contract for technical research, development and analysis for NORAD and USNORTHCOM, federal interagency partners, State and Local interagency partners, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, other combatant commands, their components, and interagency organizations.  Work will be performed at McLean, Va. ESG/PKS DTIC, Offutt Air Force Base, Ne. is the contracting activity (SP0700-03-D-1380, Delivery Order 0411).

              Lockheed Martin Corporation, Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company of Sunnyvale, Calif. is being awarded an $8,174,404 modification to a cost plus award fee contract to implement Phases 2-4 of the Highly Elliptical Orbit (HEO) Functional Test Article (HFTA) Phase I study.  SMC/ISK, Los Angeles Air Force Base is the contracting activity (FA8810-08-C-0002, PO0029).

              Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC of Oklahoma City, Okla. is being awarded a $7,939,830 firm fixed price contract for the remanufacturing of F100-PW-100/200 engine 1st, 3rd, and 4th stage vanes.  Work will be performed at Oklahoma City, Okla. 848 SCMG/PKAA, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla. is the contracting activity (FA8121-11-D-0011).

              The Boeing Company of Seattle, Wa. is being awarded a $7,581,866 modification to a firm fixed price contract to exercise option contract line item number 1401 AB for diminishing manufacturing parts monitoring – part 2 as part of the Radar System Improvement Program for the Royal Saudi Air Force AWACs fleet of five aircraft (100% Foreign Military Sales).  ESC/HBSKI, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass. is the contracting activity (F19628-01-D-0016 Delivery Order 0070 Modification 009).

 DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

              Bell Boeing Joint Project Office Bell-Boeing Joint Program, Amarillo, Texas was awarded contract SPRPA1-09-G-004Y-5796.  The award is a firm fixed price contract with a maximum $15,139,295.88 for prop rotor gear box assemblies.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using service is Navy.  The date of performance completion is January 30, 2017.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Philadelphia, Pa.

             Bell Boeing Joint Project Office Bell-Boeing Joint Program, Amarillo, Texas was awarded contract SPRPA1-09-G-004Y-5797.  The award is a firm fixed price contract with a maximum $16,400,903.87 for prop rotor gear box assemblies.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using service is Navy.  The date of performance completion is December 30, 2016.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Philadelphia, Pa.

             TW Metals, Inc., Carol Stream, Illinois was awarded contract SPM8EG-09-D-0009.  The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment with a maximum $19,200,000 for metals, metal products and related services in the Northeast Region of the United States.  Another location of performance is Exton, Pa.  Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies.  The date of performance completion is June 29, 2012.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa.

             Gulf Coast energy, LLC, Houston, Texas was awarded contract SP0600-11-D-0510.  The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment with a maximum $35,675,836.56 for unleaded gasoline.  Another location of performance is Galena Park, Texas.  Using service is foreign military sales.  The date of performance completion is November 30, 2011.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Energy, Fort Belvoir, Va.

             VWR international, LLC, Chester, Pa., was awarded contract SPM2DE-11-D-7343.  The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment, indefinite delivery/quantity with a maximum $10,250,000 for the laboratory integrated delivery system.  Other locations of performance are Brisbane, Calif., Aurora, Colo., Batavia, Ill., Rochester, N.Y., Buffalo Grove, Ill., Suwanee, Ga., Bridgeport, N.J., Irving, Texas and Tempe, Ariz.  Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies.  The date of performance completion is June 26, 2012.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa.

             Infolab, Inc., Greensboro, N.C., was awarded contract SPM2DE-11-D-7344.  The award is a fixed price with economic price adjustment, indefinite delivery/quantity with a maximum $37,500,000 for the Laboratory/Electronic Catalog Program.  Other locations of performance are Clarksdale, Miss., Zionsville, Ill., Ocala, Fl., Fort Oglethorpe, Ga. and Round Rock, Texas.  Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies.  The date of performance completion is February 26, 2013.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa.
