NAVY
Hewlett Packard Company, Rockville, Maryland, is being awarded a
firm-fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for computer
workstations and servers with peripheral equipment, software, maintenance,
training, spare parts and support services for the Navy, Marine Corps, other
DoD activities, and the Coast Guard. The initial award amount is $3,000,000.
This contract contains five option years, which if exercised, will bring the
total cumulative value of the contract to an estimated $672,618,219. Work will
be performed in Cupertino, California (5%), Boise, Idaho (3%), Chelmsford,
Massachusetts (3%), Exeter, New Hampshire (75%), Rockville, Maryland (3%),

Loral Federal Systems Co., Manassas, Virginia, is being awarded a $54,415,191
cost-plus-award-fee contract for upgrades (ECP 1000) to the AN/BSY-1(V) combat
control and acoustic systems and associated trainers used on SSN 688I Class
submarines. The ECP 1000 significantly improves the acoustic performance of
the AN/BSY-1(V) system. Work will be performed in Manassas, Virginia, and is
expected to be completed by December 2000. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively

Teledyne CAE, Toledo, Ohio, is being awarded a $7,399,000 capital
rehabilitation contract on a cost-reimbursement, no-fee-type-basis to complete
renovation and rehabilitation projects at the Naval Weapons Industrial Reserve
Plant, Toledo, Ohio. These improvements will
more efficiently maintain a production line of Harpoon/SLAM missiles for the
Navy, and spare parts for the Air Forces T-37 aircraft. Work will be performed
in Toledo, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by January 1998. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was

R.A. Burch Construction Co., Inc., Ramona, California, is being awarded a
$7,800,000 firm-fixed-price contact for renovation/rehabilitation of a Bachelor
Enlisted Quarters at Naval Air Station, Lemoore, California. Work will be
performed in Lemoore, California, and is expected to be completed by May 1996.

AIR FORCE
McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, Huntington Beach, California, is being awarded a
$6,592,822 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract. This contract
provides for maintenance and sustaining engineering through 30 September 1995
for Air Force launch processing equipment in support of the Delta II launch
vehicle. Contract is expected to be completed September 1995. Contract funds
of $6,592,822 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The work will
be performed at Huntington Beach, California (26%) and at Cape Canaveral Air
Force Station, Florida (74%). The Space and Missile Systems Center, Los
