CONTRACTS

AIR FORCE

            Tecolote Research, Inc., Goleta, Calif., is being awarded an $88,500,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-reimbursement and firm-fixed-price contract line items to provide specialized cost services advisory and assistance services to the Electronic Systems Center. ESC/CAA, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity (FA8721-11-D-0001).

NAVY

            Airborne Tactical Advantage Co., L.L.C., Newport News, Va., is being awarded a $47,080,902 modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00019-09-D-0021) to exercise an option for services in support of the Commercial Air Services Program, which provides contractor owned and operated Type III High Subsonic and Type IV Supersonic aircraft to Navy Fleet customers for a wide variety of airborne threat simulation capabilities. This provides for training shipboard and aircraft squadron weapon systems operators and aircrew how to counter potential enemy electronic warfare and electronic attack operations in today’s electronic combat environment. Work will be performed in Newport News, Va. (45 percent); Point Mugu, Calif. (35 percent); and various locations outside the United States (20 percent). Work is expected to be completed in October 2012. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Funds will be obligated on individual delivery orders as they are issued. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

ARMY

            Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., was awarded a $38,268,248 firm-fixed-price contract. The award will provide for the modification of an existing contract to procure 14 aircraft for the United Arab Emirates. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2012. One bid was solicited, with one bid received. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-08-C-0003).

            Lockheed Martin Corp., Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a $37,753,716 firm-fixed-priced and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The award will provide for the modification of an existing contract to procure 11 PAC-3 launcher mod kits. Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas; Camden, Ark.; Lufkin, Texas; Chelmsford, Mass.; and Ocala, Fla., with an estimated completion date of July 31, 2013. One bid was solicited, with one bid received. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W31P4Q-11-C-0001).

            ACROW Corp. of America, Parsippany, N.J., was awarded an $18,888,505 firm-fixed-price contract. The award will provide for the procurement of 60 line of communication bridge panels. Work location will be determined with each task order, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2015. The bid was solicited through the Internet, with one bid received. The 411th Contracting Support Brigade, South Korea, is the contracting activity (W91QVN-12-D-0002).

            DRS, St. Louis, Mo., was awarded a $14,914,028 firm-fixed-price contract. The award will provide for the procurement of M1200 Armored Knight vehicles. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., with an estimated completion date of July 31, 2013. One bid was solicited, with one bid received. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-12-C-0022).

            Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., was awarded a $12,500,000 firm-fixed-price contract. The award will provide for the procurement of spares and ground support equipment provisions in support of the 15 UH-60M helicopters for the Swedish Armed Forces. Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., with an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2012. One bid was solicited, with one bid received. The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-08-C-0003).

            Norfolk Dredging Co., Chesapeake, Va., was awarded an $8,350,635 firm-fixed-price contract. The award will provide for the removal and disposal services of material from the Delaware River Channel. Work will be performed in Pedricktown, N.J., and Wilmington, Del., with an estimated completion date of Feb. 15, 2012. There were 21 bids solicited, with three bids received. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (W912BU-12-C-0001).

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

            Firehouse Medical, Inc.*, Anaheim, Calif., was awarded a fixed-price with economic price adjustment contract for a maximum $32,274,900 for hospital and training medical devices. There are no other locations of performance. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies. The date of performance completion is Oct.10, 2016. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPM2DH-12-D-8201).

            Ecomass Technologies*, Austin, Texas, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for a maximum $28,353,338 for heater trays, type two. Other location of performance is Wisconsin. Using services are Army and Marine Corps. The date of performance completion is Oct. 6, 2013. The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPM3S1-12-D-Z187).
