ARMY
Martin Marietta Technologies, Incorporated, Orlando, Florida, is being awarded
a $68,855,088 modification to a firm fixed price contract for definitization of
a not-to-exceed option for 1,466 Hellfire II Missiles with insensitive
munitions, and associated spares. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida,
and is expected to be completed by December 31, 1997. Of the total contract
funds, $1,593,235 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a
sole source contract initiated on June 30, 1994. The contracting activity is

NAVY
The Austin Company, Renton, Washington, is being awarded a $6,326,950
firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a Bachelor Enlisted Quarters
(BEQ) at Naval Station, Everett, Washington. Work is expected to be completed
by May 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This contract was competitively procured with 232 proposals solicited
and nine bids received. The Engineering Field Activity Northwest, Naval
Facilities Engineering Command, Silverdale, Washington, is the contracting
activity (N44255-94-C-7554).
Vitro Corporation, Rockville, Maryland, is being awarded a $9,200,311
indefinite delivery/
indefinite quantity contract with a cost-plus-fixed-fee pricing arrangement for
engineering and technical services in support of the Surface Anti-Submarine
Warfare Directorate of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, New London
Detachment, Groton, Connecticut. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut
(85%), and Rockville, Maryland (15%), and is expected to be completed by
February 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This contract was competitively procured with 90 proposals solicited and
five offers received. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, New London
Detachment, Groton, Connecticut, is the contracting activity

AIR FORCE
Northrop Grumman Corporation, B-2 Division, Pico Rivera, California, is being
awarded a $94,700,000 face value increase to a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for
the 1995 B-2 Industrial Base Preservation Effort which will maintain the
production capability for the B-2 aircraft. The work will be performed at Pico
Rivera, California (25%), Seattle, Washington (45%), Dallas, Texas (2%), and
various other B-2 industrial team facilities. Contract is expected to be
completed July 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base,
Ohio, is the contracting activity (F33657-87-C-2000, P00479).
