ARMY

            Cashman Dredging and Marine Contracting Co., L.L.C., Quincy, Mass., was awarded a $500,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple-award-task-order contract between five contractors.  The award will provide for the services in support of dredging projects.  Work location will be determined with each task order, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 29, 2013.  Five bids were solicited, with five bids received.  The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville, Fla., is the contracting activity (W912EP-12-D-0003).

            AAI Corp., Hunt Valley, Md., was awarded an $180,900,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract.  The award will provide for the sustainment services in support of the RQ-7B Shadow unmanned aircraft systems.  Work will be performed in Hunt Valley, Md., Afghanistan and Australia with an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2012.  One bid was solicited, with one bid received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-12-C-0011).

            Lockheed Martin, Mission System and Sensors, Liverpool, N.Y., was awarded a $166,044,028 firm-fixed-price contract.  The award will provide for the procurement of enhanced AN/TPQ-36 radars, including spares, testing, and training materials.  Work will be performed in Liverpool, N.Y., with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2017.  The bid was solicited through the Internet, with one bid received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Fort Monmouth, N.J., is the contracting activity (W15P7T-12-C-C015).

            General Dynamics, C4 Systems, Inc., San Antonio, Texas, was awarded an $82,935,215 cost-plus-award-fee contract.  The award will provide for the multi-level security information systems wide area network services.  Work will be performed in Arlington, Va., and San Antonio, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2016.  One bid was solicited, with one bid received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Triangle Park, N.C., is the contracting activity (W911NF-12-C-0037).

            Subsystem’s Technologies, Inc., Arlington, Va. (W15QKN-12-D-0028), and SciCast International, Inc., Bechtelsville, Pa. (W15QKN-12-D-0027), were awarded a $49,500,000 firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract between two contractors.  Work location will be determined with each task order, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 29, 2017.  The bid was solicited through the Internet, with eight bids received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Picatinny Arsenal, N.J., is the contracting activity.

            OGSystems, L.L.C., Chantilly, Va. (W5J9CQ-12-D-0001); United Federal Systems, Inc., Reston, Va. (W5J9CQ-12-D-0002); and Research Innovations, Inc., Reston, Va. (W5J9CQ-12-D-0003), were awarded a $48,500,000 firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee contract between three contractors.  The award will provide for the research and development services for Geospatial Research, Integration, Development and Support II.  Work will be performed in Fairfax Station, Va., and Alexandria, Va., with an estimated completion date of Feb. 27, 2019.  The bid was solicited through the Internet, with nine bids received.  The Army Geospatial Center, National Contracting, Organization, Alexandria, Va., is the contracting activity.

            Niking Corp., Wahiawa, Hawaii, was awarded a $46,780,000 firm-fixed-price contract.  The award will provide for the construction services in support of a command and control facility at Fort Shafter, Oahu, Hawaii.  Work will be performed at Fort Shafter, with an estimated completion date of April 30, 2014.  The bid was solicited through the Internet, with 10 bids received.  The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (W9128A-12-C-0003).

            BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services, Inc., Rockville, Md., was awarded a $32,392,001 cost-plus-award-fee contract.  The award will provide for the logistic, maintenance, transportation, and supply services on various islands in Hawaii.  Work locations are in Hawaii and include Schofield Barracks, East Range, Wheeler Army Airfield, Fort Shafter and Pohakuloa Training Area.  The estimated completion date is Feb. 28, 2018.  There were 54 bids solicited, with seven bids received.  The Regional Contracting Office, Fort Shafter, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (W912CN-08-C-0085).

            Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, Conn., was awarded a $27,609,320 firm-fixed-price contract.  The award will provide for the advanced procurement funding services in support of the Royal Australia Navy MH-60R program.  Work will be performed in Stratford, Conn., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 13, 2012.  One bid was solicited, with one bid received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala., is the contracting activity (W58RGZ-08-C-0003).

            Navistar Defense, L.L.C., Lisle, Ill., was awarded a $21,343,279 firm-fixed-price contract.  The award will provide for the long wheel rolling chassis upgrade with independent suspension on the MaxxPro Mine Resistant Ambush Protected Vehicle and transportation fixtures.  Work will be performed in West Point, Miss., with an estimated completion date of May 20, 2012.  One bid was solicited, with one bid received.  The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity (W56HZV-12-C-0130).

(W9128F-12-D-0001), were each awarded a $9,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract.  The awards will provide for the design services for worldwide locations, petroleum, oils and lubricants center of expertise.  Work will be performed in Norcross, Ga.; Richmond, Va.; and locations to be determined with task orders.  There is an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2017.  There were 33 bids solicited, with eight bids received.  The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, Neb., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

            The O.C. Lugo Co., Inc.*, Nyack, N.Y., was awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a maximum $15,300,000 for procurement of chlorate candles and oxygen candle igniters.  Other location of performance is Pennsylvania.  Using service is Navy.  There were two proposals with two responses.  Type of appropriation is fiscal 2012/2013 Defense Working Capital Funds.  The date of performance completion is March 14, 2014.  The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity (SPM8EF-12-D-0002).

NAVY

            ERAPSCO, Columbia City, Ind., is being awarded a $12,950,260 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, performance-based contract (N00421-11-C-0030) to exercise an option for the procurement of 17,000 AN/SSQ-53F sonobuoys for the Navy.  Work will be performed in Columbia City, Ind. (53 percent), and DeLeon Springs, Fla. (47 percent), and is expected to be completed in January 2014.  Contract funds in the amount of $811,296 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

            Aeroflex Powell, Inc. (doing business as Aeroflex Cupertino), Cupertino, Calif., is being awarded a $11,500,000 basic ordering agreement for arbitrary waveform generators (AWG) and AWG components in support of expeditionary electronic warfare systems.  Work will be performed in Cupertino, Calif., and is expected to be completed by January 2016.  The basic ordering agreement was not competitively procured.  Applicable fiscal 2012 Operation Maintenance Navy contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Crane, Ind., is the contracting activity (N00164-12-G-WQ32).
