California Microwave, Incorporated, Belcamp, Maryland, is being awarded a
$4,362,972 increment as part of a $10,097,000 modification to a $134,284,516
cost plus fixed fee/cost plus award fee, firm fixed price contract to provide
electronic support measures for the Airborne Reconnaissance Low program. Work
will be performed in Belcamp, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by
September 30, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current

fixed price contract to construct a new facility to support Air Force Reserve
KC-10 missions. The facility serves as administrative facility for the KC-10
crew and maintenance staffs and is a two-story structural steel-framed building
with a standing steel metal roof, of approximately 43,000 square feet. Effort
includes site utilities, sidewalks, bituminous paved roads and parking,
grading, storm drainage, landscaping, removal of asbestos and demolition of an
existing buiding, and removal of underground storage tanks. Work will be
performed at McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey, and is expected to be
completed by August 31, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. There were 50 bids solicited on November 17, 1994, and
four bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers, New York, New York (DACA51-95-C-0024).
SV Company, an affiliate of Volmar Construction, Incorporated, Laurence

AIR FORCE
Lockheed Corporation, Lockheed Fort Worth Company, Fort Worth, Texas, is being
awarded a $10,442,084 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract for
action to definitize Country Standard Technical Orders Support for the Korean
Fighter Program F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed March
1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract is in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to the Republic of
Korea. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio,

NAVY
Applied Research Laboratories, The University of Texas at Austin, Texas, is
being awarded a $47,854,566 modification to previously awarded contract
N00039-91-C-0082 for mine warfare, fire control, undersea countermeasures,
coastal/special warfare, and communications research and development. Work
will be performed in Austin, Texas, and is expected to be completed by December
1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the

Litton Systems, Inc., Litton Guidance and Control Systems Division, Woodland
Hills, California, is being awarded a firm-fixed-unpriced delivery order with a
not-to-exceed value of $6,549,013 for repair of the inertial navigational
system used on the F/A-18, AV-8B, and EA-6B aircraft. Work will be performed
in Woodland Hills, California, and is expected to be completed by December
1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
