DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Propper International, Inc., Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, was awarded on February
17, 1995, a $9,003,267 firm fixed price contract for 111,990 pairs of type III
hot weather woodland camouflage trousers and 291,970 pairs of type VI enhanced
hot weather woodland camouflage trousers. One hundred fifty-seven proposals
were solicited and four were received. Work will be performed in Mayaguez,
Adjuntas, and Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico and is expected to be completed by
December 1995. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The
Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the
contracting activity (SPO100-95-R-0065).
ARMY
EG&G Defense Materials, Incorporated, Tooele, Utah, is being awarded a
$30,000,000 modification to a cost plus award fee contract for systemization in
support of the Tooele Chemical Agent Disposal Facility (TOCDF). Work will be
performed at Tooele, Utah, and is expected to be completed by December 31,
2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This is a sole source contract initiated on October 1, 1994. The contracting
activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles, California
(DACA09-89-C-0076).
NAVY
Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office, Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded a
$375,000,000 modification to previously awarded contract N68335-93-C-0006 to
continue engineering and manufacturing development of the V-22 aircraft. Work
will be performed in Ft. Worth, Texas (50%), and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
(50%), and is expected to be completed by January 1999. Contract funds will
not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems
Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
AT&T Corporation, Advanced Technology Systems, McLeansville, North Carolina,
is being awarded a $13,128,388 fixed-price-incentive (firm target) contract for
spare parts for the Navy's four Reduced Diameter Array (RDA) towed sonars
deployed aboard T-AGOS Class ships. Work will be performed in Greensboro,
North Carolina, and is expected to be completed by December 1996. Contract
funds in the amount of $12,005 will expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Space and Naval
Warfare Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity

General Dynamics Corporation, Electric Boat Division, Groton, Connecticut, is
being awarded a $111,638,021 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for continued
submarine design and development efforts in support of the New Attack Submarine
(NSSN) Program. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut, and is expected
to be completed by February 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The

Bath Iron Works, Bath, Maine, is being awarded a $11,694,956
cost-plus-award-fee contract for planning yard services for DDG 51 AEGIS Class
destroyers. Work will be performed in Bath, Maine, and is expected to be
completed by September 1995. Contract funds in the amount of $10,594,631 will
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not

Hughes Missile Systems Company, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a
not-to-exceed $5,501,585 modification to previously awarded contract
N00024-94-C-5322 to exercise options for 10 SM-1 BLK VIA All-Up-Round (AUR)
missiles and spare missile components for the government of Japan under the
Foreign Military Sales Program (FMS). Work will be performed in Highland Park,
Arkansas (4%), and Tucson, Arizona (96%), and is expected to be completed by
October 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting
activity.
Loral Defense Systems - Akron, Akron, Ohio, is being awarded a $12,068,661
contract to change previously awarded long lead material requirements contract
N00024-89-C-3204 to a definitzed contract for FY 94 Vertical Launch ASROC (VLA)
missile requirements, spare parts and associated engineering services. The new
cumulative value of the contract, including previously obligated funds, is
$54,068,661. Work will be performed in Akron, Ohio, and is expected to be
completed by December 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy
(65.62%), and the government of Japan (34.38%), under the Foreign Military
Sales Program (FMS). The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C. is the

AIR FORCE
Martin Marietta Astro Space, East Windsor, New Jersey, is being awarded a
$5,285,000 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee contract. This
contract provides for concept exploration and definition support for the Nation
Polar-Orbiting Operational Environmental Satellite System. Contract is
expected to be completed August 1995. Contract funds of $5,285,000 will expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. The Space and Missile Systems Center,

Science Applications International Corporation, Space and Defense Group,
Torrance, California, is being awarded a $24,999,941 (Estimated)
cost-plus-award-fee contract. This contract provides for engineering, analysis
and design support for the Air Force Ballistic Missile Defense Program Office.
Contract is expected to be completed February 1997. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Space and Missile Systems
