ARMY
Dyncorp, of Reston, Virginia, is being awarded a $5,265,340 increment of an
$18,171,468 base year, cumulative potential total value $87,740,557, firm-fixed
price/indefinite quantity-type contract. This is a Base Operations contract
which includes maintenance, repair, service, and construction at Fort Belvoir,
Virginia. The contract period is for a base year and four option years. All
work will be performed at Fort Belvoir. Of the total contract funds,
$4,376,243 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 56
bids solicited on May 17, 1994 and three bids received. The contracting
activity is the Baltimore Engineer District, Baltimore,
Maryland(DACA31-95-D-0039).
NAVY
McDonnell Aircraft Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis,
Missouri, is being awarded a $5,800,000 ceiling-priced modification to a
previously awarded contract N00019-93-C-0051 for survivability enhancements in
11 F/A-18C and three F/A-18D Finnish Air Force aircraft weapon systems under
the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in St. Louis,
Missouri (50%), and Hawthorne, California (50%), and is expected to be
completed by August 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval
Air Systems Command is the contracting activity.
AIR FORCE
Aerojet General Corporation, Aerojet Electronic Systems Division, Azusa,
California, is being awarded a $5,417,587 face value increase to a
cost-plus-fixed-fee/award-fee contract. This contract provides for interim
contractor support from 1 March 1995 through 30 September 1995 for computer
facilities supporting the Attack and Launch Early Reporting to Theater (ALERT)
program. The work will be performed at Azusa, California (20%) and Falcon Air
Force Base, Colorado (80%). Contract is expected to be completed September
1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

contracting activity (F04701-92-C-0054, P00042).
