NAVY
Raytheon Company, Missile Systems Division, Bedford, Massachusetts, is being
awarded a $24,999,972 modification to previously awarded contract
N00024-94-C-5302, to support the Standard Missile-2 Block IVA engineering
services. The work will be performed in Bedford, Massachusetts (90%), and
Bristol, Tennessee (10%), and is expected to be completed by September 1995.
Contract funds will not expire during the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea
Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
Raytheon Company, Electronic Systems Division, Portsmouth, Rhode Island, is
being awarded a $73,885,405 cost-plus-award-fee contract for the development,
production, installation and testing of two pre-production Joint Tactical
Combat Training Systems to be installed at Naval Air Station, Fallon, Nevada,
and on a flag ship. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, and is
expected to be completed in January 1998. This contract includes two options
which, if exercised at the maximum quantity, will total $221,000,000. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was
competitively procured with a request for proposals and three offers were

Martin Marietta Corporation, Martin Marietta Automation Systems, Orlando,
Florida, is being awarded a $4,901,365 firm-fixed-price contract for materials
and services for three Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) test
stations. This contract includes four options which, if exercised at the
maximum quantity, will result in the procurement of a total of 403 stations
with a total value contract of approximately $527,770,726. Work will be
performed in Americus, Georgia (90%), and Orlando, Florida (10%), and is
expected to be completed by May 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured by a
request for proposals and two offers were received. The Naval Air Systems

ARMY
The Holston Defense Corporation, Kingsport, Tennessee, is being awarded a
$30,299,593 modification to a cost plus fixed-fee, cumulative total possible
value $151,907,327 contract. This contract is for the operation and
maintenance of a Government Owned, Contractor Operated facility, the Holston
Army Ammunition Plant, in Kingsport, Tennessee. The work will be performed in
Kingsport, and is expected to be completed by 31 December 1995. Of the total
contract funds, $10,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This is a sole source contract initiated on January 1, 1983. The contracting
activity is the U.S. Army Armaments, Munitions and Chemical Command, Rock

AIR FORCE
Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, Incorporated, Sunnyvale, California, is
being awarded a $28,897,141 face value increase to a cost-plus-award-fee
contract for support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Satellite Mission
Control Subsystem hardware, software and databases. Contract is expected to be
completed September 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles,

OASYS Group, Incorporated, Naperville, Illinois, is entering into a
cooperative agreement valued at $9,840,975. Contractor share is $1,968,195 and
government share is $7,872,780. This Defense Production Act Title III Project
will develop commercially available open architecture Computer Numerical
Control controllers for machine tools. Contract is expected to be completed
December 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. Twenty bids were solicited and two proposals were received. The
solicitation was issued May 1994 and negotiations were completed February 1995.
