Conoco Inc., Houston, Texas, is being awarded a $12,036,615 fixed price with
economic price adjustment contract for the delivery of low sulfur diesel fuel
no.2, midgrade unleaded gasoline, regular unleaded gasoline, and burner oil
no.2. Three hundred seventy-four proposals
were solicited and ninety-one were received. Work will be performed in Alabama,
Arkansas,
Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, and South
Carolina, and is expected to be completed by March 31, 1997. Funds will not

NAVY
AmDyne Corporation, Millersville, Maryland, is being awarded a $9,030,690
five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract
to provide engineering and scientific support to the Naval Surface Warfare
Center, Carderock Division, in the area of environmental protection and
pollution prevention, afloat and ashore. Work will be performed in
Millersville, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by February 2000.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Surface Warfare Center,

ARMY
Howard W. Pence, Incorporated, Elizabethtown, Kentucky, is being awarded a
$20,801,946 firm fixed price contract for construction of Enlisted Barracks
Complex, Phase II. The project consists of one barracks building, three
operations buildings, three battalion headquarters buildings, and one brigade
headquarters building, all complete with required utilities and site
improvements. Work will be performed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and is
expected to be completed by March 10, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. There were 43 bids solicited on November
28, 1994, and 4 bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps

Texas Instruments/Martin Marietta Javelin Joint Venture, Lewisville, Texas, is
being awarded a $178,200,000 cost plus incentive fee/fixed price incentive
contract for Javelin Low-Rate Initial Production II (872 tactical missiles, 97
command launch units, various associated hardware and contractor support). The
Javelin is aman-portable, anti-tank system. Work will be performed in
Lewisville, Texas (60%) and Orlando, Florida (40%), and is expected to be
completed by October 31, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on May 5,
1994. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Missile Command, Redstone

CIVIL WORKS - NON MILITARY
The Lane Construction Corporation, Meriden, Connecticut, is being awarded a
$2,000,000 increment as part of an $18,834,510 firm fixed price contract for a
flood control project to include levees floodwalls and closures, a sewage
treatment plant upgrade, and 10th Street Bridge. Work will be performed in
Buena Vista, Virginia, and is expected to be
completed by November 30, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. There were 160 bids solicited on December 7, 1994,
and 7 bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers, Norfolk, Virginia (DACW65-95-C-0059).
Thompson Metal Fab, Incorporated, Vancouver, Washington, is being awarded a
$3,700,000 increment as part of a $12,515,500 (potential value $12,733,700 if
all optional bids items are awarded) firm fixed price contract for 42 extended
submerged bar screens to be fabricated, delivered and installed into the
bulkhead slots at McNary Lock and Dam in Umatilla County, Oregon. These
screens will be located in the turbine intake water passages to divert
downstream migrating juvenile fish away from the turbines (reducing juvenile
fish mortality) and into the juvenile bypass system which will allow the
juvenile fish to bypass the dam to the downstream side. Work will be performed
in Vancouver, Washington (30%), Cincinnati, Ohio (9%), Umatilla, Oregon (8%),
and various other sites (53%), and is expected to be completed by December 31,
1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
There were 33 bids solicited on December 22, 1994, and 4 bids received. The

AIR FORCE
BDM, Engineering Services Company, McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a
$5,190,775 cost-plus-award-fee contract. This contract provides for technical
and scientific support for operational test and evaluation activities at the
Phillips Laboratory, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. The work will be
performed at Albuquerque, New Mexico. Contract is expected to be completed
March 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. Three hundred and twenty-five bids were solicited and six proposals were
received. The solicitation was issued December 1993 and negotiations were

Science Application International Corporation, Technology Services Company ,
San Diego, California, is being awarded a $5,268,630 cost-plus-award-fee
contract. This contract provides for technical and scientific support for

firm-fixed-price contract. This contract provides for 24,018 Stage One Low
Pressure Turbine Blades for the F110-GE-100 engine applicable to the F-16C & D
aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed May 1997. Contract funds will
not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Two bids were solicited and
two proposals were received. The solicitation was issued November 1994 and
negotiations were completed January 1995. This contract is in support of
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Greece. The Oklahoma City Air Logistics
Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity

PRC, Incorporated, McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a $10,890,916
(Estimated) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This contract
provides for systems engineering technical assistance at the following bases
located in Texas: Brooks Air Force Base, Kelly Air Force Base, Randolph Air
Force Base, Reese Air Force Base, Sheppard Air Force Base, and Fort Sam
Houston. The work will be performed at San Antonio, Texas and at the
aforementioned installations. Contract is expected to be completed March 1996.

Texas Instruments, Incorporated, Defense Systems and Electronics Group,
Dallas, Texas, is being awarded a $19,279,128 firm-fixed-price contract for 412
Weapons Guidance Units 39/B applicable to the GBU-24/27 laser guided bomb and
412 Bomb Stabilizer Unit 84/AB Air Foil Groups applicable to the GBU-24 laser
guided bomb. The work will be performed at Sherman, Texas. Contract is
expected to be completed December 1997. Contract funds of $19,279,128 will
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The solicitation was issued
August 1994. The Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the
contracting activity (F42630-95-C-0080).
