DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Abyss Oil Company, Seffner, Florida, was awarded on March 10, 1995, a
$12,518,520 firm fixed price with economic price adjustment contract to provide
low sulfur diesel fuel, midgrade unleaded gasoline, premium unleaded gasoline,
regular unleaded gasoline, high sulfur diesel fuel and burner oil no. 2. Three
hundred and seventy-four proposals were solicited and ninety-one were received.
Work will be performed in various location throughout the Southeast and is
expected to be completed by March 31, 1997. 1996. Funds will not expire at the
end of the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Alexandria, Virginia
is the contracting activity (SCO600-95-D-4018).
ARMY
Raytheon Company, Missile System Division, Bedford, Massachusetts, was awarded
on February 28, 1995, a $7,652,815 modification to a cost plus award fee
contract for FY95 PATRIOT engineering services. Work will be performed in
Bedford, Massachusetts (78.81%), Burlington, Massachusetts (6.18%), Huntsville,
Alabama (6.11%), Andover, Massachusetts (5.86%), Orlando, Florida (1.53%), El
Paso, Texas 0.93%), and Wayland, Massachusetts (0.58%), and is expected to be
completed by January 30, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on August
24, 1994. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Missile Command, Redstone
Arsenal, Alabama (DAAH01-95-C-0043).
O'Gara-Hess & Eisenhardt Armoring Company*, Fairfield, Ohio, is being awarded
a $15,445,362 modification to a firm fixed price contract for 309 XM1114
Up-Armor Expanded Capacity Vehicles. Work will be performed in Fairfield,
Ohio, and is expected to be completed by December 31, 1996. Of the total
contract funds, $2,649,205 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This is a sole source contract initiated on March 29, 1994. The contracting
activity is the U.S. Army Tank Automotive Command, Warren, Michigan
(DAAE07-94-C-0406).
NAVY
Advanced Marine Enterprises, Inc., Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded a
$8,259,370 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-88-C-4216 for
181,000 manhours of continued engineering and technical support services for
various Naval Sea Systems Command programs and projects. Work will be
performed in Arlington, Virginia (89%), Alexandria, Virginia (2%), Towson,
Maryland (1%), Vienna, Virginia (1%), Baltimore, Maryland (3%), Laurel,
Maryland (2%), and Mystic, Connecticut (2%), and is expected to be completed by
June 1995. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
John J. McMullen Associates, Inc., Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded a
$8,001,355 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-88-C-4217 for
181,000 manhours of continued engineering and technical support services for
various Naval Sea Systems Command ship programs and projects. Work will be
performed in Arlington, Virginia (91%), Alexandria, Virginia (2%), Reston,
Virginia (2%), Rockville, Maryland (1%), Falls Church, Virginia (1%), and
Stevensville, Maryland (3%), and is expected to be completed by June 1995.
Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval

Hughes Missile Systems Company, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a
$19,399,992 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-94-C-5303 for
engineering and technical services to support the Standard Missile -2 Block IVA
Research and Development Program Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona,
and is expected to be completed by September 1995. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command,
Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
AIR FORCE
Boeing Defense and Space Group, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a
$9,000,000 (Not to Exceed) face value increase to a fixed-price-incentive
contract. This contract provides for various risk reduction initiatives in
support of the Radar System Improvement Program development effort for the E-3
Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft. The work will be
performed at Seattle, Washington. Contract is expected to be completed May
1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
The Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the
contracting activity (F19628-89-C-0139-P00072).
Command Technologies, Incorporated, Warrenton, Virginia, is being awarded a
$5,061,405 (Estimated) face value increase to a indefinite-delivery and
indefinite-quantity time and materials contract. This contract provides for
systems engineering technical assistance at the following bases located in
Texas: Brooks Air Force Base, Kelly Air Force Base, Randolph Air Force Base,
Reese Air Force Base, Sheppard Air Force Base, Laughlin Air Force Base, and
Fort Sam Houston. The work will be performed at San Antonio, Texas and at the
aforementioned installations. Contract is expected to be completed April 1995.
