Illinois, and is expected to be completed by February 1996. Funds will not

Exxon Company International, Florham Park, New Jersey, is being awarded a
$5,605,240 firm fixed price with economic price adjustment contract to provide
premium unleaded gasoline, diesel fuel no. 2, and A-1 jet fuel to Navy
activities in Bermuda and the Bahamas. Thirty-eight proposals were submitted
and three were received. Work is expected to be completed by April 30, 1997.

General Dynamics Land Systems, Tallahassee Operations, Tallahassee, Florida,
is being awarded a $5,988,645 modification to a firm fixed price with award fee
contract for 3,393 radio receiver/transmitters for the Single Channel Ground
and Airborne System (SINCGARS). Work will be performed in Tallahassee,
Florida, and is expected to be completed by October 30, 1995. Of the total
contract funds, $5,988,645 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company, Mesa, Arizona, is being awarded a
$7,347,394 modification to a cost plus incentive fee contract for technical
support items in support of the Longbow Helicopter Program. This acquisition
is for engineering development and field demonstration of the SINCGARS Improved
Packet Switching (IPS) System, which serves as the Core Voice/Data
Communication System which, when operating in concert with the User System,
supports a Seamless Battle Command, Control, and Communication (C3) capability,
within the Army Digitization Technical Architecture for the Task Force (TF) XXI
Experiment. Work will be performed in Mesa, Arizona, and is expected to be
completed by September 30, 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on February
5, 1989. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation and Troop Command,

Mevatec Corporation*, Huntsville, Alabama, is being awarded a $230,000
increment as part of a $7,409,834 (cumulative total $50,176,388) cost plus
award fee/level-of-effort contract for support to the Program Executive Office
Missile Defense (PEO-MD). Effort will include technical and programmatic
support for both the Huntsville, Alabama and Washington, D.C. offices of the
PEO as well as its programs/projects. The programmatic effort will assure that
the component programs/elements are consistent programmatically and that the
overall technical/cost/schedule performance to mission requirements are
achieved. The technical support effort will monitor, assess, coordinate,
analyze and integrate component programs/activities; provide systems
integration, systems engineering, and technical assistance support including
component system compatibility, interoperability, supportability, and
assessments of requirements commonality and component system's contributions to
the integrated missile defense program. Work will be performed primarily in
Huntsville, Alabama, and is expected to be completed by March 17, 2000.

Hughes Aircraft Division, El Segundo, California, is being awarded a
$18,083,250 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-94-C-0054 to
exercise an option for AN/AAQ-16B FLIR Control and Display for the CH-53E
helicopter. Work will be performed in El Segundo, California, and is expected
to be completed by July 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the
contracting activity.
AIR FORCE
Northrop Grumman Corporation, Military Aircraft Division, Hawthorne,
California, was awarded on March 14, 1995, a $172,678,905 firm-fixed-price
requirements (3 years) contract for various replacement structural components
applicable to the RF/F-5 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed
October 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. The solicitation was issued March 1994 and negotiations were completed
February 1994. This contract is in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to
the following countries. Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Greece, Honduras,

Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand,

Carborundum Company, Phoenix, Arizona, is being awarded a $9,769,000 face
value increase to a cooperative agreement contract. This contract provides for
the Technology Reinvestment Program that will develop low-cost aluminum nitride
based electronic packages for a range of consumer and military applications.

$9,700,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for repair services for the guidance
and control system of the Peacekeeper intercontinental ballistic missile.

$5,476,788 firm-fixed price contract. This action procures 204 Improved Data
