DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Coastal Refining & Marketing, Inc., Houston, Texas is being awarded a
$151,508,518 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract to provide
JP-5 and JP-8 aviation fuel, F-76 diesel fuel, and midgrade unleaded gasoline.
Three hundred fifty proposals were solicited and fifty-one were received. Work
will be performed in Corpus Christi, Texas and is expected to be completed by
April 30, 1996. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The
Defense Fuel Supply Center, Alexandria, Virginia is the contracting activity

Shell Oil Company, Houston, Texas is being awarded a $174,920,772 fixed price
with economic price adjustment contract to provide JP-5 aviation turbine fuel.
Three hundred fifty proposals were solicited and fifty-one were received. Work
will be performed in Deer Park, Texas and is expected to be completed by April
30, 1996. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense
Fuel Supply Center, Alexandria, Virginia is the contracting activity

ARMY
M. A. Mortenson, Bellevue, Washington, is being awarded a $31,016,000 firm
fixed price contract for whole barracks renewal. Effort will consist of new
construction of two 200-man barracks, a 15,000 square foot dining facility, and
four company operations and supply buildings and associated site work. The
project also includes one remote switching building and all site work. Work
will be performed at Fort Lewis, Washington, and is expected to be completed by
March 14, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. There were 350 bids solicited on January 31, 1995, and 8 bids
received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers,
Seattle, Washington (DACA67-95-C-0038).
Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Stratford, Connecticut, is being awarded an
$8,020,840 firm fixed price contract for 1,678 rotor tip caps for the main
rotor blades on the UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter. Work will be performed in
Stratford, Connecticut, and is expected to be
completed by July 31, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on June 9, 1994.
The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation and Troop Command, St.
Louis, Missouri (DAAJ09-93-G-0017).
NAVY
McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis,
Missouri, is being awarded a $70,000,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee/award-fee
contract for design and development of the APG-73 Radar Upgrade Phase II for
the F/A-18 aircraft. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri (33%), and
Los Angeles, California (67%), and is expected to be completed by August 1997.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command,
Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00019-94-C-0172).
Westinghouse Norden Systems, Inc., Melville, New York, is being awarded a
$8,327,878 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity-type contract for technical
services for AN/WLY-1 countermeasures detection and control set development.
The AN/WLY-1 is part of the submarine defensive warfare system. Work will be
performed in Melville, New York (98%), New London Connecticut (1%), and
Washington, D.C., (1%), and is expected to be completed by March 1998.
Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center
Division, Newport, Rhode Island, is the contracting activity

AIR FORCE
Lockheed Fort Worth Company, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $8,227,046
face value increase to a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for repair of various
items in support of the F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed
December 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. One bid was solicited and one proposal was received. The solicitation
was issued in February 94 and negotiations were completed in March 1994. This
contract is in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) to Egypt. The
Headquarters Ogden Air Logistics Center (AFDC), Hill Air Force Base, Utah is
the contracting activity (F42620-95-D-0079).
Boeing Aerospace Operations, Incorporated, Midwest City, Oklahoma, is being
awarded a $8,246,671 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price contract for
contractor logistics support through 30 September 1995 for the E-4B aircraft.
The work will be performed at E-Systems, Greenville, Texas. Contract is
expected to be completed September 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. Eight bids were solicited and one proposal was
received. The solicitation was issued in November 1994 and negotiations were
completed in December 1994. Headquarters Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center
