Exxon Company, U.S.A., Houston, Texas was awarded on March 29, 1995, an
estimated
$159,493,624 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract to provide

ARMY
McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, Huntington Beach, California, is being awarded a
$25,950,000 modification to a firm fixed price contract for 16 mast mounted
sight systems to support the Kiowa Warrior OH-58D Helicopter. Work will be
performed in Monrovia, California, and is expected to be completed by June 30,
1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

with winch, 5 M984A1 wreckers, and 6 M983 cargos. Work will be performed in

cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for littoral systems and models research. Work
