ARMY

Hensel Phelps Construction Company, Austin, Texas, is being awarded an $8,900,000 firm fixed price contract for construction of a wastewater treatment plant. The project will include an influent pump station, screening, aerated grit chamber, septage facility, aeration basins, secondary clarifiers, chlorine contact basin, dechlorination facilities, two aerobic digestors, sludge drying beds, and evaporation ponds; as well as paving, site improvements and supporting utilities. Buildings include the administration/lab building, the chlorination building and a blower/generator building. Work will be performed at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico, and is expected to be completed by November 27, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 126 bids solicited on October 25, 1994, and 8 bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque, New Mexico (DACA47-95-C-0025).

NAVY

Tiburon Systems, Inc., San Jose, California, is being awarded a $11,582,455 cost-plus-fixed-fee/incentive-fee contract for mission distribution system software for the Tomahawk cruise missile weapon system. Work will be performed in San Jose, California, and is expected to be completed by December 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00019-95-C-0123).

Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Bethpage, New York, is being awarded a $14,500,000 firm-fixed-price order for the procurement of long-lead spares to support the E-2C aircraft for the government of France, under the Foreign Military Sales Program (FMS). Work will be performed in Bethpage, New York, and is expected to be completed by April 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00019-94-C-0020).

Hughes Missile Systems Company, Tucson, Arizona, is being awarded a $52,000,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-94-C-5422 for production of the Guided Missile Launching System (GMLS) for the Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM), Guided Missile Weapon System. This contract provides nine GMLS's for the United States and four for the government of Germany. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona (40%), and Riemerling, Germany (60%), and is expected to be completed by August 1997. The Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) MK 31 Guided Missile Weapon System (GMWS) is a NATO cooperative development and production program between the United States and Germany. Contract funds in the amount of $493,772 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Computer Sciences Corporation, Falls Church, Virginia, is being awarded a $8,027,810 modification to previously awarded contract N00039-92-C-0062 for technical and engineering services in support of the Navy's satellite communications programs. Work will be performed in Washington, D.C. (10%), and Falls Church, Virginia (90%), and is expected to be completed by September 1995. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Flintco, Inc., Memphis, Tennessee, is being awarded a $8,194,000 firm-fixed-price contract for renovation of two three-story barracks buildings which will serve as administrative office space as part of the Bureau of Naval Personnel relocation from Arlington, Virginia, to Naval Air Station, Memphis, Tennessee. Work will be performed in Millington, Tennessee, and is expected to be completed by March 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 36 proposals solicited and six offers received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southern Division, Charleston, South Carolina, is the contracting activity (N62467-94-C-0897).

Boeing Helicopters, a division of Boeing Company, Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a $6,300,000 ceiling-priced order for the purchase of 1,575 gear spurs in support of the H-46 helicopter. Work will be performed in Jamestown, New York (50%), and at a location to be determined (50%), and is expected to be completed by June 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Navy Aviation Supply Office, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (N00383-91-G-K512-0275).

Eagan, McAllister Associates, Inc., Hanahan, South Carolina, is being awarded a $8,282,683 (estimated) indefinite quantity cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering services to maintain operational readiness of Navy radio communication systems during the equipment's life cycle. This contract contains four one-year options, which if exercised, will bring the total cumulative value of the contract to $42,202,725. Work will be performed in Charleston, South Carolina (75%), and Lexington Park, Maryland (25%), and is expected to be completed by April 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 91 proposals solicited and seven offers received. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Charleston, South Carolina, is the contracting activity (N00612-95-D-8502).

AIR FORCE

United Technologies Corporation, West Palm Beach, Florida, is being awarded a $17,823,036 Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract for development of the Advanced Turbine Engine Gas Generator in support of the Integrated High Performance Turbine Engine Technology Program. Contract is expected to be completed October 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Two proposals were received. The solicitation was issued in April 1994 and negotiations were completed in March 1995 Wright Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity (F33615-95/C-2503).
