ARMY

Unisys Corporation, Huntsville, Alabama, was awarded on April 24, 1995, a $5,411,633 modification to a firm fixed price contract to exercise option quantities of the first year production of contract line options, for a Remoted Electronic Target System. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, and is expected to be completed by December 31, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Martin Marietta Ordnance Systems, Incorporated, Burlington, Vermont, is being awarded an $8,563,372 modification to a cost plus award fee contract for the procurement of 2,323,920 blocks of 1 1/4 pound M112 demolition charges. Wilder Construction, Bellingham, Washington, is being awarded a $5,323,695 firm fixed price contract for construction of 30 miles of boundary fencing, including signage and gates; common excavation, installation and back-fill for culverts; installation of upstream fords; paving and building roads; and installation of guzzlers, riparian area fence posts, and raptor poles. The project also includes administration and fire buildings, a vehicle wash pump house, a vehicle wash facility, a detention pond, and water tank. Work will be performed at the Training and Manuever Area at Yakima Training Center, Washington, and is expected to be completed by October 20, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 350 bids solicited on February 3, 1995, and 10 bids received. Allison Engine Company*, Indianapolis, Indiana, is being awarded a $6,100,000 firm fixed price contract for engineering services to complete certification of 250-C3OR/3 engines for use in the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior Helicopter. Work will be performed in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is expected to be completed by January 31, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on April 21, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Aviation and Troop Command, St. Louis, Missouri (DAAJ09-95-C-0267).

Delfasco of Tennessee*, David B. Lilly Company, Greeneville, Tennessee, is being awarded a $5,021,458 firm fixed price contract for 381,280 dummy practice bomb units 33. Work will be performed in Greeneville, Tennessee, and is expected to be completed by May 10, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. NAVY

Fleet Support Center, Chesapeake, Virginia, is being awarded a $12,086,187 cost-plus-fixed-fee indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to analyze surface ship anti-submarine warfare (ASW) systems. Work will be performed in Newport, Rhode Island, and is expected to be completed by April 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with 91 proposals solicited and one offer received.
