DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Aksarben Foods*, Omaha, Nebraska is being awarded an estimated $7,223,512
fixed price with economic price adjustment contract to provide frozen oven
roasts and frozen pot roasts. Forty-eight proposals were solicited and four
were received. Work is expected to be completed by June 1996. The Defense
Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the contracting
activity (SP0300-95-D-2500).
ARMY
Martin Marietta Technologies, Incorporated, Electronics and Missiles, Orlando,
Florida, is being awarded a $750,000 increment as part of a not-to-exceed
$7,850,000 cost plus fixed fee contract for a study to reduce the cost of
manufacturing millimeter wave transceivers (flexible manufacturing environment
for millimeter wave transceivers, Manufacturing Science and Technology Project
#2051). Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida, and is expected to be
completed by September 30, 2001. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on April 25,
1995. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Missile Command, Redstone
Arsenal, Alabama (DAAH01-95-C-R151).
NAVY
De Narde Construction Company, Fallbrook, California, is being awarded a
not-to-exceed $9,168,471 indefinite quantity contract for telephone cable
installation at Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California. Work will be
performed in Oceanside, California, and is expected to be completed by May
1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract was competitively procured with 84 proposals solicited and six
offers received. The Officer in Charge of Construction, Camp Pendleton,

AIR FORCE
Texas Instruments, Dallas, Texas, is being awarded a $5,293,632 face value
increase to a Firm Fixed Price contract for 96 Aircraft Launcher Interface
Computers applicable to the launcher for the AGM-88 High Speed Antiradiation
Missile (HARM). Contract is expected to be completed May 1996. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems
Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida is the contracting activity
(F08626-93/C-0043-P00008).
Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Company, Marietta, Georgia, is being awarded a
$59,856,120 face value increase to a Cost Plus Award Fee contract for the
Period 8 Earned Award Fee for development of the F-22 aircraft. Contract is
expected to be completed March 2002. Contract funds will not expire at the end
of the current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air
Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity (F33657-91/C-006-P00189).
The Boeing Company, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded a $10,000,000
Firm-Fixed Price contract for long lead materials in support of 12 reengining
kits for the KC-135 aircraft. Boeing Defense and Space Group Contract is
expected to be completed September 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. One firm was solicited; one proposal received.
The solicitation was issued in March 1995 and negotiations were completed in
May 1995 This effort supports foreign military sales to Turkey (7 kits) and
France (5 kits). Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base,
Oklahoma is the contracting activity (F42600-94/G-7559-SD91).
United Technologies Corporation, West Palm Beach, Florida, is being awarded a
$7,577,517 face value increase to a Cost-Plus-Award Fee contract for the Period
8 Earned Award Fee for development of the F-119 engine applicable to the F-22
aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed November 2001. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems
Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity
(F33657-91/C-0007-P00105).
BEM Systems, Incorporated, Florham Park, New Jersey, is being awarded a
$25,000,000 Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract for
architect-engineering services to perform environmental studies and design in
support of environmental remediation efforts. The work will be performed in
and around Air Force installations in the 50 states and territorial possessions
of the United States. Contract is expected to be completed May 2000. Contract
funds of $15,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
Ninety-five proposals were received. The solicitation was issued in July 1993
and negotiations were completed in March 1995. The Human Systems Center,
