AIR FORCE
 

Radiance Technologies Inc., Huntsville, Alabama (FA8604-15-D-7976); Integrity Applications Inc., Chantilly, Virginia (FA8604-15-D- 7975); and Invertix Corp., McLean, Virginia (FA8604-15-D- 7977), have been awarded a combined $960,000,000 indefinite-delivery/ indefinite-quantity contract for services in support of the Advanced Technical Exploitation Program II. Contractors will perform research, development, system sustainment, and intelligence production activities utilizing geospatial-intelligence and non-nuclear measurement and signature intelligence data at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. Work will primarily be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio; the contract has an ordering period through Oct. 2, 2018, with an option to extend the ordering period through Oct. 2, 2022. This award is the result of a competitive total small business set aside acquisition. Funds will be obligated through individual task orders. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
 

Northrop Grumman Technical Services, Herndon, Virginia, has been awarded a $62,504,835 delivery order (0035) to previously awarded contract FA8106-10-D-0001 for contractor logistic services for aircraft and spares to support the KC-10 program. Work will be performed at many locations including McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey; Travis Air Force Base, California; Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii; Yokota Air Base, Japan; and Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $62,504,835 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
 

Wellco Enterprises Inc., Morristown, Tennessee, has been awarded a maximum $14,372,625 modification (P00101) exercising the fourth option period on a one-year base contract (SPM1C1-10-D-1040), with four one-year options, for temperate weather boots. This is a firm-fixed-price contract. Location of performance is Tennessee, with an Oct. 8, 2015, performance completion date. Using military service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2015 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
 

Spacelabs Medical Inc., Issaquah, Washington, has been awarded a maximum $13,460,681 modification (P00101) exercising the fifth option period on a one-year base contract (SPM2D1-09-D-8351), with nine one-year options, for patient monitoring systems, subsystems, accessories, consumables, and training. This is a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract. Location of performance is Washington, with an Oct. 7, 2015, performance completion date. Using military services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2015 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
 

NAVY
 

Lockheed Martin, Mission Systems and Training, Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a $26,237,232 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-09-C-5103) to incrementally fund the Aegis Platform Systems Engineering Agent (PSEA) activities and Aegis Modernization Advanced Capability Build engineering. The Aegis PSEA manages the in-service combat systems configurations as well as the integration of new or upgraded capability into the CG 47 class of ships and the DDG 51 class of ships. Aegis modernization will provide upgrades to Aegis cruisers and Aegis destroyers and will be applicable to all Aegis ships with a computer program that is backfit compatible to Baseline 2 cruisers. Work will be performed in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed by December 2015. Funding will not be obligated at time of award. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.
 

HGL Construction Inc.,* Midwest City, Oklahoma, was awarded a $17,481,119 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of an aircraft hangar at Tinker Air Force Base. The work to be performed provides for construction of an enhanced phase maintenance aircraft hangar to provide a high bay hangar, shop space, flight line operations, maintenance functions, and space in support of 60 aircraft maintenance personnel of the E6-B aircraft squadron. The contract also contains three unexercised options and one planned modification, which, if exercised, would increase cumulative contract value to $19,181,489. Work will be performed in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and is expected to be completed by February 2016. Fiscal 2010 and fiscal 2014 military construction (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $17,481,119 are obligated on this award, of which $5,626,000 expired at the end of fiscal 2014. This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website, with seven proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity (N69450-14-C-1770). (Awarded Sept. 30, 2014)
 

Job Options Inc., San Diego, California, was awarded a $10,083,677 firm-fixed price modification under an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N62473-07-D-5001) to exercise option two for custodial services at Naval Medical Center and various branch medical clinics/dental clinics in metro San Diego. The work to be performed provides for janitorial tasks in both medical and non-medical facilities. Medical facilities shall be maintained to standards of quality of the Joint Commission. Janitorial requirements consist mainly of services that ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of health care and non-medical environment to include: installation and replacement of soap and paper product dispensers and fixtures, and collection and removal of wastes to collection points and proper disposal of wastes. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by September 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy), and fiscal 2015 Bureau of Medicine (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $10,083,677, are being obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The task order was awarded noncompetitively under a contract issued as sole-source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(b) (2) which authorizes an exception to full and open competition for a qualifying Nonprofit Agency for the Blind or Severely Disabled. Austal Hull 130 Chartering LLC, Mobile, Alabama, is being awarded a $14,676,250 firm-fixed-price contract for the charter of a U.S.-flagged passenger/cargo vessel. The vessel will support the U.S. Marine Corps Third Marine Expeditionary Force in the Far East. This contract includes two, two-month option periods and a FAR 52.217-8 option period which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $29,861,050. Work will be performed in the Far East, and is expected to be completed by May 2016. Navy working capital funds in the amount of $14,726,000 are obligated for fiscal 2015, and will expire at the end of the fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website for more than 50 companies solicited, with one offer received. The Military Sealift Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity (N00033-15-C-5303).
 

Arc Tech Inc.,* Ashburn, Virginia, was awarded a $6,657,162 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for custodial services at Naval Station Norfolk. The work to be performed provides for custodial services including, but not limited to, all management, supervision, tools, materials, supplies, labor, and transportation services necessary to perform interior room/space cleaning, interior trash disposal, floor maintenance, restroom services, exterior sweeping/policing, exterior glass cleaning, and drinking fountain maintenance. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by September 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy and Marine Corps), and fiscal 2015 Navy working capital funds in the amount of $6,558,103, were obligated at the time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was issued as a sole-source procurement pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2) of the Federal Acquisition Regulation paragraph 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. L-3 Communications Aerospace LLC, Madison, Mississippi, was awarded an $8,627,576 labor hours contract for a sole-source, three-month bridge contract for aircraft production direct labor services to include aircraft sheet metal mechanics, electrical mechanics, aircraft mechanic general mechanics, aircraft trade helpers, aircraft workers, aircraft painters, and maintenance trade helpers to support aircraft repair/overhaul. Work will be performed at Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 28, 2015. One bid was solicited, with one received.
