ARMY

on May 13, 1995, a $5,752,805 modification to a firm fixed price contract for
20,081 body assembly BLU-92/B in support of the CBU-89 A/B Air Force Gator.
Work will be performed in Janesville, Wisconsin, and is expected to be
completed by March 28, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the

letter contract for 12,000 VOLCANO M87A1 canister assembly production and
integration effort. Work will be performed in New Brighton, Minnesota
(20.41%), Janesville, Wisconsin (6.25%), and various subcontractor locations
(73.34%), and is expected to be completed by July 15, 1997. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source
contract initiated on August 12, 1994. The contracting activity is the U.S.

AIR FORCE
Boeing Defense and Space Group, Seattle, Washington, is being awarded
a $14,000,000 face value increase to a firm-fixed-price-undefinitized-letter
contract for the Radar System Improvement Program (RSIP) Pre-Production Effort
applicable to the E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft.
This action provides for RSIP production materials, test equipment and
contractor support for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) RSIP
effort. Contract is expected to be completed in March 1996. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One bid was solicited
and one proposal was received. The solicitation was issued in March 1995 and
negotiations were completed in May 1995. The Headquarters Electronic Systems

Harper/Nielsen-Dillingham Builders (Joint Venture), San Diego, California, is
being awarded a $21,200,265 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of new
family housing units at Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California. Work

completed by January 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the

expected to be completed by October 30, 1996. Funds will not expire at the end
