ARMY
 

Airbus Defense and Space, Inc., Herndon, Virginia, was awarded a $71,358,549 modification (P00857) to firm-fixed-price contract W58RGZ-06-C-0194 to acquire UH72A Lakota helicopters with ARC 231 radios. Fiscal 2015 other procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $71,713,665 were obligated at the time of the award. The cumulative total for the contract, with this modification, is $2,734,932,786. Estimated completion date is June 30, 2016. Work will be performed in Columbus, Mississippi. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal (Aviation), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
 

Caterpillar, Mossville, Illinois, was awarded a $12,000,000 firm-fixed-price, multi-year contract for the service life extension program and the reset of Caterpillar construction equipment. Funding and work location will be determined with each order; estimated completion date is Feb. 28, 2019. One bid was solicited, with one received. Army Contracting Command, Tank and Automotive (Warren), Warren, Michigan, is the contracting activity (W56HZV-15-D-0003).
 

Cummins Central Power LLC, Rock Island, Illinois, was awarded an $11,729,400 firm-fixed-price contract for the Forward Repair System reset. Funding and work location will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 6, 2019. Bids were solicited via the Internet, with two received. Army Contracting Command, Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center, Rock Island, Illinois, is the contracting activity (W9098S-15-D-0001).
 

BAE Systems Land & Armaments, LP, Santa Clara, California, was awarded a $7,062,719 modification (P00026) to cost-plus-fixed-fee contract W56HZV-13-C-0018 to exercise 39,641 level of effort hours and dollars for system technical support and sustainment system technical support for the Bradley family of vehicles. Estimated completion date is Dec. 17, 2015. Fiscal 2010 other procurement funds ($190,000); fiscal 2013 other procurement (Army) funds ($4,998,203); fiscal 2014 research, development, test and evaluation funds ($1,060,516); and fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Army) funds ($108,000) and other procurement funds ($7,052,945), were being obligated at the time of the award. Work will be performed in Santa Clara, California (91.71 percent); Sterling Heights, Michigan (4.91 percent); and York, Pennsylvania (3.38 percent). Army Contracting Command, Tank and Automotive (Warren), Warren, Michigan, is the contracting activity.
 

General Electric Co., Cincinnati, Ohio, was awarded a $7,052,945 modification (P0012) to firm-fixed-price contract W58RGZ-12-D-0015 for technical, engineering, and logistical supplies and services in the maintenance and overhaul of the T-700 series of engines at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas. Fiscal 2015 other procurement funds in the amount of $7,052,945 were obligated at the time of the award. Estimated completion date is Dec. 31, 2014. NAVY
 

Meggitt Training Systems, Suwanee, Georgia, was awarded a $30,575,466 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of 670 indoor simulated marksmanship trainers (ISMT), a three-dimensional, simulation-based system for indoor use capable of instructing in basic and advanced marksmanship, shoot/no-shoot judgment, combat marksmanship, supporting arms and weapons employment tactics. The ISMT system will consist of an instructor/operator station, audiovisual system, host computer, input/output network system and weapons. ISMT systems will be used both within and outside the continental United States. ISMT will be capable of being deployed on Navy ships and at U.S. embassies. This contract contains options, which if exercised, will bring the contract value to $32,732,081. Work will be performed in Suwanee, Georgia (90 percent) and at multiple Marine Corps Reserve sites (10 percent). Work is expected to be completed November 2019. No funding will be obligated at the time of award. Funds will be obligated on individual delivery orders as they are issued. This contract was competitively solicited through the Federal Business Opportunities website, with three offers received. Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc., Hurst, Texas, is being awarded a $14,614,573 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N61340-14-C-1000) to exercise an option for services in support of the AH-1Z Program. This option includes delivery of one AH-1Z flight training device to Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina. In addition, this option provides for aircraft common operational equipment, provisioned items (spares), associated technical data required for operational and maintenance support, and a three-month initial operational evaluation period. Work will be performed in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (46 percent); Fort Worth, Texas (33 percent); St. Louis, Missouri (15 percent); and Austin, Texas (6 percent), and is expected to be completed in June 2018. Fiscal 2013 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $14,614,573 are being obligated on this award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity.
 

Peter Vander Werff Construction, Inc.,* El Cajon, California, is being awarded a $12,741,400 for firm-fixed-price task order 0008 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N62473-14-D-0039) to repair three Bachelor Enlisted Quarters, buildings 31612, 31603, and 31613, at the Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton. The work to be performed provides for the re-roofing of the buildings, replacing all plumbing fixtures and restroom partitions; replacing damaged fire suppression, electrical services, and lighting systems; replacing windows with anti-terrorism and fire protection glazing; and re-painting interior and exterior finishes. The task order also contains three planned modifications, which if exercised, would increase cumulative task order value to $16,041,400. Work will be performed in Oceanside, California, and is expected to be completed by November 2017. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Marine Corps) contract funds in the amount of $12,741,400 are being obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Four proposals were received for this task order. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.
 

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
 

Ametek Hughes-Treitler, Garden City, New York, has been awarded a maximum $8,973,770 firm-fixed-price contract for helicopter heat exchangers. This contract was a sole-source acquisition. This is a two-year base contract with three one-year option periods. Location of performance is New York, with a Sept. 30, 2016, performance completion date. Using military service is Navy. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2015 Navy working capital and Naval Air funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPRPA1-15-D-001W).
 

AIR FORCE
 

Range Generation Next LLC, Dulles, Virginia has been awarded a $85,608,662 fixed-price-incentive (firm target) contract for the operation, maintenance, and sustainment of the Air Force's Launch and Test Range System. The contractor will be responsible and accountable for complete and integrated Launch and Test Range System operation, organizational and depot-level maintenance, logistics management, and sustaining engineering. The Launch and Test Range System is a complex network of a combination of instrumentation assets which provides for the safe and effective launch, testing, and tracking of Department of Defense, civil, and commercial spacelift vehicles. The system also conducts ballistic missile, guided weapon, and aeronautical tests and evaluations. Work will be performed at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida; Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida; Vandenberg Air Force Base, California; Pillar Point Air Force Station, California; Antigua Air Station; and Ascension Auxiliary Air Field, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2015. This award is the result of a full and open competitive acquisition for which four offers were received. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $0 are being obligated at the time of award.
