DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Remtech Services, Inc.*, Newport News, Virginia is being awarded an estimated
$6,844,272 time and material contract to provide engineering services in the
area of Integrated Logistics Support for the Naval Weapons Station, Yorktown,
Virginia. One proposal was solicited and one was received. Work is expected to
be completed by May 21, 1996. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal
year. The Defense General Supply Center, Richmond, Virginia is the contracting
activity (SP0410-95-D-0003).
NAVY
McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis,
Missouri, is being awarded a $8,120,000 fixed-price-type-order against a
firm-fixed-price contract for ground support equipment for the F/A-18 aircraft,
including the design, development, fabrication, testing, integration and
delivery of three laser spot tracker receiver tips, electro-optical test sets,
modification kits and operational test program sets. Work will be performed in
St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed by December 1998.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command,
Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00019-93-C-0033).
McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis,
Missouri, is being awarded a $6,535,886 modification to previously awarded
contract N00019-94-C-0039 to provide additional funds to an advanced
acquisition contract for the procurement of organizational level maintenance
manuals, program management, and related support for the Royal Malaysian Air
Force's F/A-18 program under the Foreign Military Sales Program (FMS). Work
will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed by
September 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the
contracting activity.
Firearms Training Systems, Inc., Suwanee, Georgia, is being awarded a
$5,776,829 modification to previously awarded contract M67854-94-C-2014 for
indoor simulated marksmanship trainers and ancillary equipment for the U.S.
Marine Corps Reserves and the U.S. Army. Work will be performed in Suwanee,
Georgia, and is expected to be completed by March 1997. Contract funds will
not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Marine Corps Systems
Command, Quantico, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
Planning Research Corporation, McLean, Virginia, is being awarded a $9,896,799
modification to previously awarded contract N00039-95-C-0001 for continued
program management support including software enhancements and maintenance,
software engineering, acquisition of prime mission products, and life-cycle
support for various Navy Command, Control, Communication, Computer and
Intelligence (C4I) systems. Work will be performed in McLean, Virginia, and is
expected to be completed by September 1995. Contract funds in the amount of
$784,540 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Space and
Naval Warfare Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
AIR FORCE
TRW, Incorporated, Space and Electronics, Redondo Beach, California, is being
awarded an $89,248,823 face value increase to a Fixed Price Incentive contract
for a three year extension of launch support services for Defense Support
Program Satellites 18-22. Contract is expected to be completed September 2000.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Space
and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California is the
contracting activity (F04701-86/C-0022, P00085).
