DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Exxon Company International, Florham Park, New Jersey is being awarded a
$59,043,555 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract to provide
aviation grade JP5 turbine fuel and aviation grade JP8 turbine fuel. One
hundred fifty-one proposals were solicited and eighteen were received. Work
will be performed in Augusta, Sicily and Satchell Lane, United Kingdom and is
expected to be completed by July 30, 1996. Funds will not expire at the end of
the fiscal year. The Defense Fuel Supply Center, Alexandria, Virginia is the

NAVY
Texas Instruments, Inc., Dallas, Texas, is being awarded a $57,688,733
modification to previously awarded contract N00019-93-C-0148 to exercise an
option for 313 guidance sections and 313 warheads for the U.S. Air Force (and
related technical data) for FY 95 High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM)
Modification Program requirements. Work will be performed in Lewisville,
Texas, and is expected to be completed by October 1997. Contract funds will
not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems
Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
Lockheed Missiles and Space Co., Inc., Sunnyvale, California, is being awarded
a $92,000,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for motor consolidation
qualification, boost motor consolidation technology transfer and deployed
system support transition, in support of the FY 95 TRIDENT II (D5) Missile
program for U.S. (85%) and United Kingdom (15%) requirements. Work will be
performed Sunnyvale, California, and is expected to be completed by May 1998.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract was not competitively procured. The Navy's Strategic Systems Program,
Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00030-95-C-0095).
Analysis and Technology, Inc., Technology Park, North Stonington, Connecticut,
is being awarded a $25,376,686 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract
with cost-plus-fixed-fee provisions for evaluating and developing programs to
determine multi-platform sonar, combat, communications and weapon system
advanced concept requirements. Work will be performed in North Stonington,
Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by May 2000. Contract funds will
not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was
competitively procured with 58 proposals solicited and two offers received.
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Detachment, New London, Connecticut, is the
contracting activity (N66604-95-D-0047).
Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Bethpage, New York, is being awarded a letter
contract with a ceiling price of $29,000,000 for non-recurring engineering
integration of the satellite communication kit into the forward equipment
compartment of the E-2C Group II aircraft. Work will be performed in Bethpage,
New York (98%), and St. Augustin, Florida (2%), and is expected to be completed
by June 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems

AIR FORCE
Lockheed Fort Worth Company, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $21,842,592
face value increase to a Firm Fixed Price contract for four packages of support
equipment for the Improved Avionics Intermediate Shop applicable to the F-16
aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed December 1996. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems
