ARMY
 

Cartus Corp., Danbury, Connecticut (W912DR-15-A-0009); TRC Global Solutions Inc., Milwaukee, Wisconsin (W912DR-15-A-0010); and Reliance Relocation Services Inc., Chicago, Illinois (W912DR-15-A-0011), were awarded a $249,000,000 fixed-price economic-price-adjustment contract for relocation services for transferring Department of Defense civilian employees. Funding and work location will be determined with each order with an estimated completion date of May 31, 2020. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 10 received. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
 

Mike Hooks Inc., Westlake, Louisiana, was awarded a $25,000,000 firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for rental of a 27-inch to 30-inch cutter head pipeline dredge for maintenance dredging of Mobile Harbor, Mobile County, Alabama. Funding and work location will be determined with each order with an estimated completion date of Aug. 2, 2016. Bids were solicited via the Internet with three received. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W91278-15-D-0051).
 

Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Co. LLC, was awarded a $8,859,000 modification (P00001) to contract W9126G-15-C-0014 for pipeline beach placement and endangered species monitoring. Work will be performed in Galveston, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 7, 2015. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $8,859,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston, Texas, is the contracting activity.
 

Cutter Enterprises LLC,* Vernon Rockville, Connecticut, was awarded a $8,2656,194 firm-fixed-price contract for additional alteration of the fuel cell facility, Building P8, Rhode Island Air National Guard Base, North Kingstown, Rhode Island, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 25, 2016. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 11received. Fiscal 2015 military construction and operations and maintenance (Army) funds in the amount of $8,265,194 were obligated at the time of the award. National Guard Bureau, Providence, Rhode Island, is the contracting activity (W912LD-15-C-0002).


DEFENSE ADVANCED RESEARCH PROJECTS AGENCY
 

Lockheed Martin Corp., Orlando, Florida, has been awarded a $104,251,040 modification P00014 to previously awarded contract HR0011-14-C-0079 for the Long Range Anti-Ship Missile Accelerated Acquisition program. This modification raises the total cumulative face value of the contract from $202,618,254 to $306,869,294. Work will be performed at Lockheed Martin Corp. (Orlando, Florida; Troy, Alabama, 57.40%); BAE Systems (Nashua, New Hampshire, 35.70%), Harris Corp. (Melbourne, Florida, 3.11%), Northrop Grumman (Linthicum, Maryland, 1.43%), Ball Aerospace (Westminster, Colorado, 1.25%) and Williams Corp. (Walled Lake, Michigan, 1.11%), with an expected completion date of July 6, 2016. Research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $228,432 are being obligated at the time of award. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.


AIR FORCE
 

Lockheed Martin Services Inc., Gaithersburg, Maryland, has been awarded a $34,000,000 modification (P00035) to previously awarded contract FA8734-08-D-0003. This contract is to increase the contract ceiling for the Personnel Services Delivery Transformation contract. Work will be performed at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, and is expected to be complete by Aug. 31, 2016. No funds are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, is the contracting activity.
 

Northrop Grumman Technical Services, Herndon, Virginia, has been awarded a $33,500,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for engineering support. Contractor will provide evaluations, analysis, repair designs and testing to support the requirements for the A-10 Structural Integrity Program. Work will be performed at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and is expected to be complete by April 28, 2020. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. No funds are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (FA8202-15-D-0001).
 

Lockheed Martin Aerospace, Marietta, Georgia, has been awarded a $12,860,294 cost-plus-fixed-fee; firm-fixed-price; and cost-reimbursement-no-fee contract for C-5 computer software update 02. Work will be performed at Marietta, Georgia; and Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is expected to be complete by May 31, 2017. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance, depot purchase equipment maintenance, software funding, and transportation working capital funds in the amount of $12,860,294 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity (FA8525-15-C-0001).


NAVY
 

Lockheed Martin Corp., Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a $31,015,536 modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-14-C-5104) to exercise options for ship integration and test of the Aegis Weapon System (AWS) for AWS Baselines through Advanced Capability Build (ACB) 12. The contract provides for Aegis shipboard integration engineering, Aegis test team support, Aegis modernization team engineering support, ballistic missile defense test team support, and AWS element assessments. This contract will cover the AWS ship integration and test efforts for five new construction DDG 51 class ships, and the major modernization of five DDG 51 class ships. It will additionally cover the integrated combat system modifications and upgrades for all current ships with all AWS baselines up to and including ACB 12. Work will be performed in Pascagoula, Mississippi (28 percent); Bath, Maine (28 percent); Norfolk, Virginia (25 percent); San Diego, California (15 percent); and Moorestown, New Jersey (4 percent), and is expected to be completed by June 2017. Fiscal 2015 other procurement (Navy), and fiscal 2011 and 2015 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funding in the amount of $28,853,471 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.
 

KOAM Engineering Systems Inc., San Diego, California, is being awarded a $15,057,815 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for marine design and engineering services to support the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia, for ship repair and conversion. This contract includes an eight-month base period and four one-year option periods, which if exercised, will bring the contract value to $76,130,261. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, Virginia (95 percent); San Diego, California (2 percent); Jacksonville, Florida (1 percent); Bremerton, Washington (0.5 percent); Pascagoula, Mississippi (0.5 percent); Sasebo, Japan (0.5 percent); and Yokosuka, Japan (0.5 percent). Work is expected to be completed by January 2016; if all options are exercised, work will be completed by January 2020. Fiscal 2015 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,000 will be obligated to fund the contract’s minimum amount and funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with the solicitation posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website, with seven offers received. Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N00189-15-D-0015).
 

Mercury Defense Systems,* Cypress, California, is being awarded $7,567,134 for firm-fixed-price delivery order 0004 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N68335-12-G-0059) for work associated with a Phase III Small Business Innovation Research effort under Topic N06-036, entitled “Advanced Techniques for Digital Radio Frequency Memories (DRFM).” This order includes production of 14 Type II Advanced DRFM units. Work will be performed in Cypress, California, and is expected to be completed in December 2016. Fiscal 2014 aircraft procurement funds (Air Force) and working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $7,567,134 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity.
