fixed-unit-price indefinite quantity job order contract, with a not-to-exceed
value of $37,500,000, for general construction projects. Work will be
performed in the Naval District Washington area, and is not-to-exceed 60
months. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

AIR FORCE
Orbital Sciences Corporation, Germantown, Maryland, is being awarded a
$10,775,084 Firm Fixed Price contract for 462 Mega Data Transfer Cartridges
with Processors and 57 Small Computer System Interface Cartridge Interface
Devices with power supply applicable to the Controlled Flight into Terrain
warning system on the F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed
January 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. One firm was solicited and one proposal solicited. Solicitation began
December 1994 and negotiations were complete May 1995. This effort supports
the following European Participating Air Forces in the F-16 program: Belgium,
Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands. Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air

Northrop Grumman Corporation, Pico Rivera, California, is being awarded a
$25,028,982 face value increase to a Fixed Price Incentive Firm Target contract
for development, production and installation of 13 Band 4 retrofit kits
applicable to the ZSR-63 radar on the B-2 aircraft. The work will be performed
at Loral Federal Systems in Binghampton, New York and National Guard Bureau 2D
retrofit installation at Site 4, Palmdale, California. Contract is expected to
be completed July 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force

ARMY
L.B.T., Incorporated, Omaha, Nebraska is being awarded a $5,349,518 increment
as part of a $14,796,082 cumulative total, firm fixed price contract for the
manufacture of 345 M129A4, 12-ton, four-wheel tactical semi-trailer vans in a
Foreign Military Sales agreement with Saudi Arabia. The award of this initial
increment is for the manufacture of 108 of the semi-trailer vans. These
semi-trailer vans are used to house and transport heavy equipment. The work
will be performed in Omaha, Nebraska, and is expected to be completed by
October 15, 1999. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. There were 44 bids solicited on July 22, 1994 and five bids
received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Tank and Automotive

Olin Ordnance, St. Petersburg, Florida, is being awarded a $55,000,000 firm
fixed price letter contract for the manufacture of 23,278 M829A2, 120mm
armor-piercing, fin-stabilized, discarding sabot-tracer cartridges. The work
will be performed at two locations: 63% at Olin-Flinchbaugh Operations, Red
Lion, Pennsylvania, and 37% at Olin Ordnance in St. Petersburg. The work is
expected to be completed by January 31, 1997. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract
initiated on May 26, 1994. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Tank and
Automotive Command-Armament Research Development and Engineering Center,
