ARMY
 

Global Dynamics LLC,* Columbia, Maryland, was awarded a $200,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for registered nurse services for the San Antonio Military Health System. Funding and work location will be determined with each order with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2020. Bids were solicited via the Internet with 23 received. Army Medical Command, Ft. Sam Houston, Texas, is the contracting activity (W81K04-15-D-0003).
 

Cubic Applications Inc., San Diego, California, was awarded a $76,125,700 modification (P00173) to contract W911SO-07-C-0007 for support of the Joint Readiness Training Center Operations Group training mission, Ft. Polk, Louisiana, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2016. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Army) and other procurement funds in the amount of $58,761,116 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Ft. Polk, Louisiana, is the contracting activity.


Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Boulder, Colorado, was awarded a $19,923,831 modification (P00021) to contract W9113M-12-C-0055 for pre-planned product improvement of the Joint Tactical Ground Station system. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado; and Azusa, California, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2021. Fiscal 2015 research, development, testing, and evaluation funding for engineering services will be provided for each individually negotiated technical directive. Army Space and Missile Defense Command, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity.


Missouri Department of Social Services, Jefferson City, Missouri, was awarded a $7,776,584 modification (0028) to contract W911S7-09-D-0029 for food service operations, Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 13, 2015. Funding will be determined with each order. Army Contracting Command, Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri, is the contracting activity.


Torres Advanced Enterprise Solutions LLC, Falls Church, Virginia, was awarded a $6,563,092 firm-fixed-price contract with options for guard services, Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Funding will be determined with each order with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2018. Bids were solicited via the Internet with six received. Army Contracting Command, 409th Contracting Support Brigade-Theater Contracting Center Kaiserslautern APO AE, is the contracting activity (W564KV-15-D-0006).


NAVY
 

Vigor Marine LLC, Portland, Oregon, is being awarded a $15,630,003 firm-fixed-price contract for a 75-calendar-day shipyard availability for the regular overhaul and dry docking of USNS Charles Drew (T-AKE 10). Work will include main diesel generator overhaul, life raft annual certification, drydocking, propeller shaft and stern inspection, underwater hull cleaning and painting, freeboard cleaning and painting, overhaul sea valves, five-year firefighting inspections, and renew flight deck non-skid. The contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the total contract value to $15,776,416. Work will be performed in Portland, Oregon, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 11, 2015. Fiscal 2015 maintenance and repair funds in the amount of $15,630,003, excluding options, are obligated at time of award. This contract was competitively procured, with proposals solicited via the Federal Business Opportunities website and two offers received. The Navy’s Military Sealift Command is the contracting activity (N32205-15-C-3015).
 

BAE Systems San Francisco Ship Repair of San Francisco, California, is being awarded a $13,592,510 firm-fixed-price contract for a 45-calendar-day shipyard availability for the regular overhaul and dry docking of the USNS Rainier (T-AOE 7). Work will include elevator fork truck guard deck and sump removal, upgrade FAS station oil containment (T-ALT 204), thrust bearing inspection, switchboard and load center cleaning, INMARSAT B preventive maintenance, gallery/scullery equipment maintenance, overhaul miscellaneous fans and motors, dry-docking and undocking vessel, steel renewal, main propulsion shafting, and rudders and stern frame examination. The contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the total contract value to $15,435,092. Work will be performed in San Francisco, California, and is expected to be completed by Aug. 27, 2015. Fiscal 2015 maintenance and repair funds in the amount of $13,592,510, excluding options, are being obligated at time of award. This contract was competitively procured, with proposals solicited via the Federal Business Opportunities website and one offer received. The Navy’s Military Sealift Command is the contracting activity (N32205-15-C-2005).


BAE Systems, Greenlawn, New York, is being awarded a $10,850,416 firm-fixed-price contract for the software updates to implement the Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics DO-260B-compliant Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast capability into the RT-1763C/APX-111(V) combined interrogator-transponder in support of the F/A-18 and EA-18G aircraft. Work will be performed in Greenlawn, New York, and is expected to be completed in January 2018. Fiscal 2015 aircraft procurement funds (Navy) in the amount of $10,850,416 are being obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N00019-15-C-3001).


Raytheon Co., McKinney, Texas, is being awarded $10,405,640 for firm-fixed-price delivery order 7041 under a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00383-10-G-006D) for repair of units in support of the H-60 multi-spectral targeting system forward looking infrared system. Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Florida, and is expected to be completed by June 2017. Fiscal 2015 working capital (Navy) funds in the amount of $10,405,640 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Supply Systems Command, Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.


Alliant Techsystems Operations LLC, Northridge, California, is being awarded a $7,481,806 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the design, development and studies, and technology demonstrations required to develop and apply new technology to ensure battlespace dominance. Work will be performed in Northridge, California, and is expected to be completed in June 2020. Fiscal 2015 research, development, test, and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $3,163,858 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, California, is the contracting activity (N68936-15-D-0019).


AIR FORCE
 

GE Aviation, Cincinnati, Ohio, has been awarded an $11,999,218 firm-fixed-priced order (0008) from the basic ordering agreement FA8122-14-G-0001 for F110 Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) kits. Contractor will provide six SLEP kits composed of 17 individual kits that support the F110-100 engines used in the F-16 fleet. Work will be performed at Cincinnati, Ohio, and is expected to be complete by June 30, 2015. This contract involves foreign military sales to Egypt. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Air Force Material Command, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity.
