DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Tennessee Apparel Corp.*, Tullahoma, Tennessee, is being awarded a $8,082,000
firm fixed price contract for men's poly/wool dress trousers. One proposal was
submitted and one was received. Work is expected to be completed 455 days from
the date of award. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The
Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the
contracting activity SPO100-94-D-1020.
NAVY
Raven, Inc., Alexandria, Virginia, is being awarded a $7,162,681
cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for conducting research associated with a
hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) model to be used for advanced passive missile
countermeasures for next generation aircraft. Work will be performed in
Alexandria, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by June 1999. Contract
funds in the amount of $259,914 will expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This contract was competitively procured under a Broad Agency
Announcement and one proposal was received. The contracting activity is the
Naval Research Laborotory, Washington, DC (N00014-95-C-051).
ARMY
Raytheon Support Services Company, Burlington, Massachusetts, is being awarded
a $25,047,784, firm fixed price with cost no fee delivery orders, contract for
life cycle maintenance and engineering support of the Trojan logistics system.
Specifically, the contract calls for technical support to the Trojan Logistics
Program Office in the areas of systems engineering, program support, and
in-depth logistics services. The work will be performed at various locations
both in the Continental United States and overseas, and is expected to be
completed by March 31, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. There were two bids solicited on September 29, 1994 and
two bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Communications
and Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey (DAAB11-95-D-0J03).

AIR FORCE
United Technologies Corporation, West Palm Beach, Florida, is being awarded a
$5,910,300 Firm Fixed Price contract for 577 items of engine support equipment
for the F100-PW-220 engine applicable to the F-16 aircraft. Contract is
expected to be completed November 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. One firm was solicited and one proposal was
received. Solicitation began August 1994 and negotiations were complete April
1995. This effort supports foreign military sales to Taiwan. San Antonio Air
Logistics Center, Kelly Air Force Base, Texas is the contracting activity
(F34601-94/G-0028-SAIG).
Lockheed Fort Worth Company, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $8,279,405
Firm Fixed Price contract for technical orders for maintenance of the F-16
aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed December 1995. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One proposal was
received. Solicitation was begun January 1995 and negotiations were complete
May 1995. This effort supports foreign military sales to Israel. Ogden Air
Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah is the contracting activity
