awarded a $15,622,793 fixed price with economic price adjustment contract for
direct supply natural gas. One hundred seventy-five proposals were solicited
and eight were received. Work is expected to be completed by June 30, 1997.

AIR FORCE
Waste Policy Institute, Blacksburg, Virginia, was issued a $49,600,000
contract on 30 May 1995. This announcement is just to correct the company's
address on that contract. Their address was incorrectly listed as being in
Gaithersburg, Maryland. Their correct location is Blacksburg, Virginia.
Canadian Commercial Corporation, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, is being awarded a
$6,804,000 Firm Fixed Price contract to procure from Canada's Department of
National Defence, three surplus Boeing 707-347C aircraft in support of the
Joint Surveillance Target Attach Radar Systems (JSTARS). The aircraft will be
modified to the JSTARS E-8C configuration and integrated with airborne radar
sensors under future contracts. Contract is expected to be completed September
1995. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One
firm was solicited and one proposal was received. Solicitation began May 1995
and negotiations were complete June 1995. Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom

ARMY
Science Applications International Corporation, San Diego, California, is
being awarded a $5,839,682, cost plus fixed fee contract for research and
development services and prototype process testing support to the Program
Manager for Chemical Demilitarization, under the Alternative Technologies
Project. 60% of the work will be performed at Aberdeen Proving Ground,
Maryland, and 40% will be performed in Raritan, New Jersey. The work is
expected to be completed by March 16, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated
on October 19, 1994. The contracting agency is the U.S. Army Chemical and
Biological Defense Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

C.R. Clewin, Incorporated, Norwich, Connecticut, is being awarded a
$26,904,416 construction-fixed price contract for renovation of the Food
Processing Facility in Buildings 745 A and B at the United States Military
Academy, West Point, New York. The work will be performed at the United States
Military Academy, and is expected to be completed by January 1998. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 56
bids solicited on December 5, 1994 and three bids received. The contracting

NAVY
Magnavox Electronics, Inc., Fort Wayne, Indiana, is being awarded a
$34,469,348 firm-fixed-price contract for 43,376 AN/SSQ-110A sonobuoys and
associated test units. Work will be performed in East Camden, Arkansas, and is
expected to be completed by June 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured by a
request for proposal and two offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare
Center, Aircraft Division, Indianapolis, Indiana, is the contracting activity

E-Systems, Inc., St. Petersburg, Florida, is being awarded a $280,000,000
cost-plus-award-fee modification to previously awarded contract
(N00024-92-C-5230), for design and build of Cooperative Engagement Capability
(CEC) Common Equipment Set (CES) units. Work will be performed in St.
Petersburg, Florida, and is expected to be completed by September 1998.

Ingalls Shipbuilding, Inc., Pascagoula, Mississippi, is being awarded a
$39,513,824 modification to previously awarded contract (N00024--93-C-2101) for
planning yard services, engineering and design in support of DD 963 and DDG 993
Class Destroyers. Work will be performed in Pascagoula, Mississsippi, and is
expected to be completed by September 1996. Contract funds is the amount of
$98,000, will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea
Systems Command, Washington, DC, is the contracting activity.
General Atomics, San Diego, California, is being awarded a $5,489,535
cost-plus-fixed-fee completion contract to perform preliminary design,
manufacturing and factory test requirements of the Advanced Lightweight
Influence Sweep Ssytem (ALISS) Superconducting Magnet Susbsystem, Advanced
Technology Demonstration (ATD) Model for minesweeping. Work will be performed
in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by June 1999.

contract was competitively procured with 44 proposals solicited and three
offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division,
