ARMY

J. A. Jones Construction Company, Charlotte, North Carolina is being awarded an $11,608,284 increment as part of a $13,479,000 (if 10 options are exercised) cost plus award fee contract for completion of a 9,940 square foot refuse incinerator plant. Work will be performed in Fort Lewis, Washington, and is expected to be completed by June 19, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. NAVY

Textron Defense Systems, Wilmington, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $15,786,086 firm-fixed-price contract for two AN/SPN-46(V) automatic carrier landing systems. Work will be performed in Wilmington, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by March 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity (N00019-94-C-0149).

Society Painters, Inc., Pearl City, Hawaii, is being awarded a $5,876,840 indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for exterior painting of military family housing units at Naval Station, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, and Naval Air Station, Barbers Point, Hawaii. Work is expected to be completed by July 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. FLIR Systems, Inc., Portland, Oregon, is being awarded a $8,545,022 firm-fixed-price contract for 22 Navigation Thermal Imaging System (NTIS) and 12 Electronic Circuit Board (ECB) Autotracker Assemblies. Work will be performed in Portland, Oregon, and is expected to be completed by September 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. AWA Defence Industries, LTD, Aero Systems Division, Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, is being awarded a $11,971,124 letter contract for NULKA All Up Round (AUR) Testing, Development, Test & Evaluation (DT&E), support, engineering development models, and associated data. The NULKA comprises and electronic warfare payload mounted on an Australian-developed rocket-powered, thrust-vector, controlled vehicle designed to be a decoy to incoming missiles. Work will be performed in Melbourne, Australia (49%), Marion, Massachusetts (48%), and Gainesville, Virginia (3%), and is expected to be completed by September 1997. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. This contract operates pursuant to a Memorandum of Arrangements (MOA) between the governments of the United States and Australia. CORRECTION

Navy contract N00024-95-C-5400 with Hughes Missile Systems Company, Tucson, Arizona, announced on June 19, 1995, in the amount of $167,082,729, incorrectly specified the procurement competition. This contract was competitively procured with two proposals solicited and two offers received. The work to be performed under the contract is engineering and manufacturing development of the Evolved Seasparrow Missile for various NATO countries. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

BDM Federal, Incorporated, McLean, Virginia is being awarded $32,470,853 Firm-Fixed-Price contract for contractor personnel to augment Royal Saudi Air Force staff in developing, implementing, and maintaining logistics and engineering plans and programs. Contract is expected to be completed December 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One bid was solicited and one proposal was received. The solicitation was issued in August 1994 and negotiations were completed in September 1994. This effort supports foreign military sales (FMS) to Saudi Arabia. The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center (AFMC), Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity (F33600-94-C-0178).

Lockheed Fort Worth Company, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $45,820,012 face value increase to a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for maintenance technical orders in support of the F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed June 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One bid was solicited. The solicitation was issued in February 1995 and negotiations were completed in May 1995. This effort supports foreign military sales (FMS) to Bahrain, Egypt, Indonesia, Thailand, Greece, Turkey, Korea, Pakistan, Venezuela, Singapore, Portugal, and Taiwan. Lockheed Fort Worth Company, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $28,483,115 face value increase to a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for maintenance technical orders in support of the F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed December 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One bid was solicited. The solicitation was issued in January 1995 and negotiations were completed in May 1995. Approximately 27% of this effort supports foreign military sales (FMS) to Belgium, Norway, Denmark, and the Netherlands. The Headquarters Ogden Air Logistics Center (AFMC), Hill Air Force Base, Utah is the contracting activity (F42620-95-D0177).
