Round (AUR) Testing, Development, Test & Evaluation (DT&E), support,
engineering development models, and associated data. The NULKA comprises and
electronic warfare payload mounted on an Australian-developed rocket-powered,
thrust-vector, controlled vehicle designed to be a decoy to incoming missiles.
Work will be performed in Melbourne, Australia (49%), Marion, Massachusetts
(48%), and Gainesville, Virginia (3%), and is expected to be completed by
September 1997. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal

pursuant to a Memorandum of Arrangements (MOA) between the governments of the

CORRECTION
Navy contract N00024-95-C-5400 with Hughes Missile Systems Company, Tucson,
Arizona, announced on June 19, 1995, in the amount of $167,082,729, incorrectly
specified the procurement competition. This contract was competitively
procured with two proposals solicited and two offers received. The work to be
performed under the contract is engineering and manufacturing development of
the Evolved Seasparrow Missile for various NATO countries. The Naval Sea
Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

BDM Federal, Incorporated, McLean, Virginia is being awarded $32,470,853
Firm-Fixed-Price contract for contractor personnel to augment Royal Saudi Air
Force staff in developing, implementing, and maintaining logistics and
