General Electric, Milwaukee, Wisconsin is being awarded a $7,000,000 firm
fixed price contract for CT scanner and MRI systems upgrade. Two proposals
were submitted and one was received. Work will be performed in New Berlin,
Wisconsin; Tokyo, Japan; and Waukesha, Wisconsin and is expected to be
completed by June 1996. The Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia,

CIVIL WORKS - NON MILITARY
Andrie, Incorporated, Muskegon, Michigan, was awarded on May 16, 1995, a
$1,347,000 increment as part of a $10,973,680 (cumulative total of $13,600,000
will include architect and engineering fees) firm fixed price contract for
placement of 7 submerged reef breakwaters 75 feet lakeward of, and parallel to,
the existing north breakwater structure. Work will be performed at Burns
International Harbor, Indiana, and is expected to be completed by December 30,
1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
There were 54 bids solicited on March 23, 1995, and 3 bids received. The

NAVY
Texas Instruments, Inc., Dallas, Texas, is being awarded a $9,200,000
firm-fixed-price contract for 40 operational test sets for the High Speed
Anti-Radiation Missile for the U.S. Air Force. Work will be performed in
Lewisville, Texas, and is expected to be completed by June 1997. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis,
Missouri, is being awarded a $25,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee order against a
basic ordering agreement for engineering support necessary for the development
of the F/A-18 tactical reconnaissance system for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine
Corps. Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be
completed by October 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the

Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Stratford, Connecticut, is being awarded a
$42,214,000 modification to previously awarded contract N00019-93-C-0053 for
the procurement of two CH-53E helicopters, including associated integrated
logistics support, logistics support analysis, and related engineering
services. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, and is expected to
be completed by July 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the

McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, St. Louis,
Missouri, is being awarded a $9,986,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee order against a
basic ordering agreement for engineering support required for the integration
of an embedded global positioning system/inertial navigation system into the
F/A-18A/B/C/D aircraft for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps. Work will be
performed in St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed by January
1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

AT&T, Advanced Technology Systems, Greensboro, North Carolina, is being
awarded a $33,611,271 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the demonstration
testing of the Advanced Vibration Reducer (AVR) system hardware. Work will be
performed in Annapolis, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by September
1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

support services in support of C4I open systems, associated subsystems, and
related support systems. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and
is expected to be completed by June 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. This contract contains an option, which if
exercised, will bring the total cumulative value of the contract to
$20,915,895. This contract was competitively procured with 155 proposals

Hughes Aircraft Company, El Segundo, California, is being awarded a $8,127,256
cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the shipment of residual stellar sensor
material, and government-owned test equipment, from El Segundo, California, to
the Naval Surface Weapons Center
(NSWC), Crane, Indiana, in support of the Trident II (D5) Guidance System
Stellar Sensor Program. Work is expected to be completed by October 1996.

Raytheon Company, Equipment Division, Sudbury, Massachusetts, is being awarded
a $13,196,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the close-out of the Trident II
(D5) Guidance System Captive Line Program. Raytheon will be required to ship
one-half of the current line inventory from Sudbury, Massachusetts, to the
Naval Surface Weapons Center (NSWC), Crane, Indiana, as well as assist in the
establishment of a government depot for the captive line program at NSWC. Work
is expected to be completed by March 1998. Contract funds will not expire at
