increment (to be funded simultaneously with task orders), as part of a
$29,993,426 cost plus fixed fee contract to provide engineering and test
support to the Defense Evaluation Support Activity. Technical support will
include: engineering, integration, instrumentation, field operations,
analysis, logistics, transportation control and tracking, and test planning.
The contractor shall provide for creative integration of hardware and software
into test and evaluation programs. Work will be performed in Albuquerque, New
Mexico, and is expected to be completed by July 17, 2000. There were 130 bids
solicited on November 10, 1994, and 4 bids received. The contracting activity

Analysis & Technology, Inc., (A&T), Technology Park, North Stonington,
Connecticut, is being awarded a $14,003,187 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite
quantity/indefinite delivery-type contract for engineering support services for
current and future submarines, surface combatants,
and advanced naval vehicles. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia,
and is expected to be completed by June 2000. Contract funds will expire at
the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured
with 111 proposal solicited and two offers received. The Naval Surface Warfare
Center, Carderock Division, Bethesda, Maryland, is the contracting activity
(N00167-95-D-0081).
AIR FORCE
General Electric Company, Cincinnati, Ohio is being awarded a $10,964,232
Firm-Fixed-Price contract for three spare F110-GE-129 engines applicable to the
F-16 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed December 1996. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One bid was
solicited and one proposal was received . The Headquarters Aeronautical
Systems Center (AFMC) Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting
activity (F33657-94-D-2000-0010).
HydroGeoLogic, Incorporated, Herndon, Virginia, is being awarded a $25,000,000
face value increase to a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for architect-engineering
services in support of environmental remediation efforts. Contract is expected
to be completed in June 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the current
fiscal year. Ninety-five bids were solicited and zero proposals were received.
The solicitation was issued in July 1993 and negotiations were completed in
May 1995. The Headquarters Systems Center (AFMC) Brooks Air Force Base, Texas,
is the contracting activity (F41624-95-D-8005).
Lorad Division, Thermotrex Corporation, is being awarded a $9,680,588 face
value increase to a Firm-Fixed-Price indefinite quantity contract for 428 (best
estimated quantity) portable x-ray units for radiographic inspection of
aircraft and missiles. Contract is expected to be completed December 1997.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

solicitation was issued in September 1994 and negotiations were completed in
