DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
Wolverine World Wide, Inc., Rockford, Michigan, is being awarded a
$9,384,785 indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for men's dress
oxford shoes. Twenty-two proposals were solicited and three were received.
Work is expected to be completed by July 28, 1996. Funds will not expire at
the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Personnel Support Center,
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity (SPO100-95-D-1090).
Health Care Services, Inc., Albuquerque, New Mexico, is being awarded a
$14,857,400 firm fixed price contract for mail order pharmacy and mail order
prescription benefits. One hundred fifty-eight proposals were solicited and
four were received. Work will be performed in Albuquerque, New Mexico and
Bensalem, Pennsylvania and is expected to be completed by January 1998. Funds
will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Personnel Support
Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity

NAVY
Aero Systems Engineering, St. Paul, Minnesota, is being awarded a $5,636,831
firm-fixed-price contract for three standard engine test systems. Work will be
performed in St. Paul, Minnesota, and is expected to be completed by December
1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This contract was not competitively procured. This contract combines purchases
for the U.S. Navy (35%), and the governments of Malaysia (34%), and Taiwan
(31%), under the Foreign Military Sales Program. The Naval Air Warfare Center,
Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity
(N68335-95-C-0164).
Loral Systems Company, Akron, Ohio, is being awarded a $8,729,173 modification
to previously awarded contract N61339-92-C-0128 for one platoon level precision
range integrated maneuver exercise system trainer and logistic support services
for the government of Kuwait and three months of contractor logistics support
for the U.S. Army's precision range integrated
maneuver exercise system trainer located at Ft. Hood, Texas. Work will be
performed in Pomona, California (80%), LaMesa, Mexico (15%), and Ft. Hood Texas
(5%), and is expected to be completed by September 1997. Contract funds in the
amount of $454,173 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This
contract combines purchases for the U.S. Army (.5%), and the government of
Kuwait (99.5%) under the Foreign Military Sales Program (FMS). The Naval Air
Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
Newport News Shipbuilding, Newport News, Virginia, is being awarded a
$14,230,964 firm-fixed-price job order contract for the Restricted Availability
(RAV) Regular Overhaul (ROH) of the destroyer USS DEYO (DD 989). Work will be
performed in Newport News, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by
November 1996. This contract contains options, which if exercised, will bring
the total cumulative value of the contract to $24,441,530. Contract funds will
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively
procured with 15 proposals solicited and five offers received. The Naval Sea
Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity
(N00024-92-H-8019).
AIR FORCE
Flight Safety Services Corporation, Littleton, Colorado, is being awarded a
$20,823,316 face value increase to a Firm Fixed Price contract for visual
system upgrades to 7 weapons system trainers applicable to the C-5 aircraft.
Contract is expected to be completed September 1996. Contract funds will not
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill
Air Force Base, Utah is the contracting activity (F33657-84/C-00141, P00141).
