Air Force
Hughes Missile Systems Company, Tucson, Arizona is being awarded a $7,720,177
Firm-Fixed-Price/Time and Material contract for Lot 9 production of 31 Advanced
Medium Range Air-to-Air Missiles (AMARAMs). Contract is expected to be
completed November 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Aeronautical Systems Center (AFMC) Eglin Air Force

Litton System, Incorporated, San Jose, California is being awarded a
$54,408,968 face value increase to a Firm-Fixed-Price for 87 AN/ALR-56M(V)
Advanced Radar Warning Receivers in support of the F-16 aircraft. Contract is
expected to be completed August 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the
end of the current fiscal year. Two bids were solicited and two proposals were
received. The solicitation was issued in June 1995 and negotiations were
completed in July 1995. Approximately 33% of this effort supports foreign
military sales to Taiwan. The Headquarters Air Force Material Command, Wright

Lockheed Corporation, Marietta, Georgia, is being awarded a $12,849,891
Firm-Fixed-Price contract for unique modifications to three C-130 aircraft for
the Air National Guard. Contract is expected to be completed December 1995.

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Corporation, Melbourne, Florida, is being
awarded a $143,770,700 (Not-to-Exceed) face value increase to a
Firm-Fixed-Price and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract for long lead materials
including two Boeing 707 airframes and airframe refurbishment in support of Lot
IV of the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) program.
Contract is expected to be completed in July 1999. Contract funds will not

Sabreliner Corporation, Saint Louis, Missouri, is being awarded $22,204,302
face value increase to a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for FY 1996 Contractor
Logistics Support for the C-20 aircraft. The work will be performed at
Cahokia, Illinois (60%) and Annapolis, Maryland. Contract is expected to be
completed in September 1996. Contract funds will expire in September 1996.

solicitation was issued in January 1995 and negotiations were completed in July

Wang Federal Systems, Incorporated, McClean, Virginia, is being awarded
$17,000,000 (Estimated) face value increase to a Indefinite-Quantity
Firm-Fixed-Price contract for hardware and software maintenance through 30
September 2000 for Air Force users of the Work Information Management Systems,
the Service Information Management System, the Base Contracting Automated
System, and the Distributed Processing for Contractual Input System. Contract
is expected to be completed in September 2000. Contract funds will not expire
at the end of the current fiscal year. Fifty-seven bids were solicited and one
proposal was received. The solicitation was issued in December 1994 and

ARMY
Martin Electronics*, Perry, Florida, is being awarded a $6,303,892 firm fixed
price contract for 343,224 MJU-7A/B Infrared Flares. Work will be performed in
Perry, Florida, and is expected to be completed by February 15, 1997. Contract
funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 3 bids
solicited on April 25, 1995, and 3 bids received. The contracting activity is
the U.S. Army Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command, Rock Island, Illinois

ITT Aerospace/Communications Division, Fort Wayne, Indiana, is being awarded a
letter contract amount of $1,200,000 as part of a $9,500,000 firm fixed price
contract for 550 prototypes of the System Improvement Program (SIP) Single
Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS) hand-held radio systems in
support of Task Force XXI advanced warfighting experiments. Work will be
performed in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and is expected to be completed by March 31,
1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
This is a sole source contract initiated on July 20, 1995. The contracting

for the Apache Weapon System. Work will be performed in Hauppauge, New York,
and is expected to be completed by June 30, 1997. Contract funds will not

NAVY
Analysis & Technology, Inc., Engineering and Technology Center, North
Stonington, Connecticut, is being awarded a $5,235,140 level-of-effort
indeterminate delivery/indeterminate quantity, cost-type contract for
engineering services to support research and development efforts related to
towed sonar arrays and associated towed array handling systems. Work will be
performed in North Stonington, CT (63%), Mystic, CT (25%), and New London, CT
(12%), and is expected to be completed by July 2000. Contract funds will not
