AIR FORCE
Engineering Air Systems, Incorporated, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a
$5,707,912 Firm Fixed Price contract for nine Water Distribution Systems for
remote deployment. Contract is expected to be completed February 1996.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There

Rockwell International Corporation, Anaheim, California, is being awarded a
$10,803,307 Cost Plus Award Fee contract for development and production of
three Automated Test Systems applicable to the Gyro Compass Assembly on the
Minuteman missile. Contract is expected to be completed November 1997.
Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There
was one firm solicited and one proposal received. Solicitation began August
1994 and negotiations were complete May 1995. Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill
Air Force Base, Utah is the contracting activity (F42610-95/C-0012).
McDonnell Douglas Corporation, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a
$8,446,968 Firm Fixed Price contract for FY1995 post production support for the
F-15 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed September 1995. Contract
funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Solicitation began
August 1994 and negotiations were complete April 1995. This effort includes
support for foreign military sales to Israel. Aeronautical Systems Center,
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity

ARMY
Olin Defense Systems/Winchester Group, Independence, Missouri, was awarded on
July 26, 1995, a $7,022,530 modification to a cost plus award fee contract for
the operation and maintenance of a government owned/contractor operated
facility. Work will be performed at the
Lake City Army Ammunition Plant, Independence, Missouri, and is expected to be
completed by September 30, 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of
the current fiscal year. There were 17 bids solicited on October 3, 1984 and 7
bids received. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Armament, Munitions
and Chemical Command, Rock Island, Illinois (DAAA09-91-Z-0009).
United Defense, L.P., Ground Systems Division, Santa Clara, California, is
being awarded a $5,260,184 modification to a firm fixed price contract to
exercise an option for 18 Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Carriers. Work
will be performed in York**, Pennsylvania, and is expected to be completed by
October 31, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current
fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on September 30, 1994.
The contracting activity is the U.S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command,
Warren, Michigan (DAAE07-90-C-A011).
Raytheon Company, Missile System Division, Bedford, Massachusetts, is being
awarded a $9,088,277 modification to a cost plus award fee contract for FY95
PATRIOT engineering services for the countries of Germany, Israel, Japan,
Kuwait, Netherlands, and Saudi Arabia. Work will be performed in Bedford,
Massachusetts (78.81%), Burlington, Massachusetts (6.18%), Huntsville, Alabama
(6.11%), Andover, Massachusetts (5.86%), Orlando, Florida (1.53%), El Paso,
Texas (0.93%), and Wayland, Massachusetts (0.58%), and is expected to be
completed by January 30, 1996. Of the total contract funds, $128,977 will
expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract
initiated on August 24, 1994. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army
Missile Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (DAAH01-95-C-0043).
NAVY
Loral Federal Systems Co., Manassas, Virginia, is being awarded a $9,279,166
modification to previously awarded contract N61339-93-C-0004 to incorporate a
change to the semi-automated forces software portion of the U.S. Army's close
combat tactical trainer, a simulation system replicating actual combat
vehicles, weapon systems, and command elements networked for interactive
training on computer generated terrain. This contract is being procured by the
U.S. Army. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida, and is expected to be
completed by February 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the
current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems Division,
Orlando, Florida, is the contracting activity for the U.S. Army.

Vitro Corporation, Rockville, Maryland, is being awarded a $10,007,659
indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for omnibus engineering
support and computer engineering support services for the development of
weapon/avionics systems at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division,
Indianapolis, Indiana. This contract contains options, which if exercised,
will bring the total cumulative value of the contract to $51,755,251. Work
will be performed in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is expected to be completed by
July 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal
year. This contract was competitively procured by a request for proposals and
eight offers were received. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division,
