AIR FORCE

Lockheed Fort Worth Company, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $123,084,991 face value increase to a Firm Fixed Price contract to extend long lead funding for 120 F-16A and 30 F-16B aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed November 1995. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This effort supports foreign military sales to Taiwan. Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio is the contracting activity (F33657-90/C-2002, P00397).

Computer Sciences Corporation, Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a $23,165,329 Firm Fixed Price contract for engineering and installation of the Defense Commissary Information System (DCIS). Contract is expected to be completed . Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were over 300 firms solicited and 5 proposals received.

Solicitation began June 1994; negotiations were complete May 1995. Standard Systems Group, Maxwell Air Force Base (Gunter Annex), Alabama is the contracting activity (F01620-95/D-0002)).

Lockheed Fort Worth Company, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $7,082,281 face value increase to a Firm Fixed Price contract to provide support equipment for the F-16 aircraft in support of foreign military sales to Greece. Contract is expected to be completed September 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This effort supports foreign military sales to Greece. McDonnell Douglas Corporation, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a $7,660,784 Firm Fixed Price contract to provide 144 rudders applicable to the F-15. Contract is expected to be completed November 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Northrop Grumman Corporation, Pico Rivera, California, is being awarded a $16,345,562 face value increase to a Fixed Price Incentive Fee contract for instructional technical orders specific to the B-2 aircraft. Contract is expected to be completed December 1997. Contract funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma is the contracting activity (F33657-87/C-2000, P00531).

NAVY

Newport News Shipbuilding, Newport News, Virginia, is being awarded a $64,926,578 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-87-C-2046 for continued design support services for Seawolf Class submarines under construction. Work will be performed in Newport News, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by December 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

United Defense Limited Partnership, Armament Systems Division, Minneapolis, Minnesota, is being awarded a $28,323,492 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-95-C-5305 for fabrication, assembly, and test of canisters for the MK 41 vertical launching system. Work will be performed in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and is expected to be completed by December 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

General Dynamics Corporation, Electric Boat Division, Groton, Connecticut, is being awarded a $34,369,418 modification to previously awarded contract N00024-95-C-2101 to exercise options for OMINBUS (ship support) engineering and technical services for Ohio Class submarines. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by September 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

McKesson Drug Company, San Francisco, California, is being awarded a $17,527,741 firm fixed price contract for pharmaceuticals under the Prime Vendor pharmaceutical program. Two hundred ninety four proposals were solicited and three were received. Work will be performed in Anaheim, California, and West Sacramento, California, and is expected to be completed by August 30, 1996. Funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is the contracting activity (DLA120-93-D-7002).

ARMY

Weeks Marine, Inc., Camden, New Jersey is being awarded a $7,585,452 Firm Fixed contract for deep draft dredging, Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point North Carolina: Deepening entrance channel number 1 from its current depth to 38 feet mean lower low water (MLLW) and widening the channel from its current width to 400 feet, deepening Basin number 1 from its current depth to -38 feet MLLW, deepening Entrance Channel number 2 from its current depth to -38 feet MLLW and widening the channel from its current width to 400 feet, deepening Basin number 2 from its current depth to -38 feet MLLW and widening a portion of the basin from its current width to 1,500 feet. material shall be in the Wilmington Ocean Dredged Material Disposal site (ODMDS). The total quantity of material to be dredged is estimated to be 4,349,100 cubic yards. Work will be performed in Sunny Point, North Carolina, and is expected to be completed by June 20, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 15 bids solicited on June 9, 1995 , and 3 bids received. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington, North Carolina (DACA54-95-C-0039).

Sea Crest Construction Corp, Freeport, New York, is being awarded $21,985,000 increment as part of a $28,902,000 (including optional Work) firm fixed price contract for the design and construction of 118 three and four bedroom family housing units and associated site work at the Stony Lonesome housing community, U. S. Military Academy, West Point, New York. The base contract also provides for the demolition of housing structures, garages, and sheds at the Stewart Army Subpost. The contract will include an option for an additional 42 four and five bedroom units and recreation facilities on the site. Work will be performed in U. S. Army Military Academy, West Point, New York, and is expected to be completed by August 1, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 132 bids solicited on February 1, 1995 and 3 bids received. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk, Virginia (DACA65-95-C-0098).

Johnson Controls World Services, Inc., is being awarded a $19,080,850 (subject to FY96 funds) as part of a %95,535,299 multi year cost reimbursement plus award fee contract for performance of non-personal installation support services in 16 major functional activities at Fort Gordon, Georgia, the Fort Gordon Recreation area at Thurmond Lake, and other off post activities. Major functional areas are: facilities maintenance and repairs, grounds and surfaced areas services, pest control services, transportation services, housing services, maintenance of communication-electronics equipment, laundry operations and maintenance of vehicle and general support equipment. Work will be performed at Fort Gordon, Georgia and is expected to be completed by September 30, 1996. There were 40 bids solicited on September 1, 1994 and 5 bids received. The contracting activity is U. S. Army Training & Doctrine Command, Fort Rucker, Alabama (DABT11-95-C-0006).

Martin Marietta Ordnance System, Burlington, Vermont. is being awarded a $9,021,203 firm fixed price contract for 18 sets of applique armor for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle. Work will be performed in Haifa, Israel - 63.4% and Burlington, Vermont - 36.7%, and is expected to be completed by May 20, 1997. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This a sole source contract initiated on February 9, 1995. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armament Command, Warren, Michigan (DAAE30-95-C-0098).

Motorola, Inc., Scottsdale, Arizona, is being awarded a $42,900 firm fixed price contract for 8 (Light Ground Station Module) LGSM systems, spare parts for fielding, Warranty for 2 years and Technical data, (Integrated Logistics System) ILS, training. Work will be performed in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 1998. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract initiated on February 17, 1995. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Michigan (DAAE07-95-C-S204).

Allied Signal Engines, Stratford, Connecticut, is being awarded a $10,440,795 modification to a firm fixed price contract for 1666,354 disk assembly, "PLATE PAIRS" used on the AGT 1500 engine for the M1 Abrams family of vehicles. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 1996. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source contract solicited on March 27, 1995. The contracting activity is U. S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Michigan (DAAE07-92-C-4001).

Harris Corporation, Melbourne, Florida, is being awarded a $14,053,809 firm fixed price contract for Lightweight Multi-Band Satellite Terminal -Trailerized and transit case options for up to 67 trailerized and up to 24 transit case. Not to exceed 78 in any combination. Work will be performed in Melbourne, Florida, and is expected to be completed by August 1, 2000. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were full & open bids solicited on March 19, 1995 and 8 bids received. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Michigan (DAAE07-95-C-A518).

GEC Marconi Electronic Systems Corporation, Wayne, New Jersey, is being awarded $3,248,440 as part of a $37,697,130 multi-year firm fixed price contract for 1693 AN/ASM-128B DOPPPLER/Global Positioning System modification kits. Navigation equipment to be used in helicopters. Work will be performed in Wayne, New Jersey and is expected to be completed by July 31, 2000. This is a sole source contract. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Tank-Automotive & Armaments Command, Warren, Michigan (DAAE07-95-C-B252).

Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., Pasadena, California, is being awarded a $300,000 contract reimbursement contract for environmental cleanup of hazardous, toxic, and radioactive sites in the state of Alaska with Fort Richardson, Alaska as the anchor installation. This is a cradle-to-grave contract which allows the same contractor to perform investigation, design, removal,m remediation, and short-term operation and maintenance. Work will be performed in various locations within Alaska, and is expected to be an indefinite delivery time. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 273 bids solicited on January 17, 1995, and 8 bids received. The contracting activity is the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Anchorage, Alaska (DACA85-95-D-0018).
