ARMY
ICI Americas, Incorporated, Wilmington, Delaware, was awarded on September 5,
1995, a $5,009,859 firm fixed price contract in support of defense conversion
efforts and under the Armament Retooling and Manufacturing Support (ARMs) Act
of 1992, reutilization of the Army's core competencies, facilities, equipment,
and critical skills will be used to produce commercial TNT at the Volunteer
Army Ammunition Plant. This award will provide for the reactivation of one of
the TNT lines at the plant, as well as modification of other facilities for
manufacture of commercial TNT. Work will be performed in Chattanooga,
Tennessee, and is expected to be completed by July 31, 1996. Contract funds
will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This is a sole source
contract initiated on July 15, 1995. The contracting activity is the U.S. Army

AIR FORCE
I-NET, Incorporated, Bethesda, Maryland, is being awarded a $102,000,000
Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for various quantities of
video teleconferencing equipment under the Integrated Management Communications
Program. Contract is expected to be completed September 1998. Contract funds
will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were 39 firms
solicited and 4 proposals received. Solicitation began June 1995 and

Texas Instruments, Incorporated, Defense Systems and Electronics Group,

design and test of two upgrade kits for the AN/AAQ-17 Gunship Infrared

N61339-91-C-0140 to exercise an option for logistical support services for the
Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System (MILES) family of training devices.
Work will be performed in Chesapeake, Virginia, and is expected to be completed
